I have a gambling addiction ..i send about 25 emails to wish to close my account but customer service never respond at all .they dont help players whit problems whit gambling .very poor site .

Left 1 star because can't leave 0. All of thr below complaints apply to myself as well. SCAM SCAM SCAM...depeosited 200, won 800, attempted to withdraw, told needed to verify, which I did immediately, now they won't pay lol losers

I made a deposit that was connected to a 200 free spins bonus. Day 3 and I still haven't been able to use them. I chatted and emailed to have this addressed and received the same instructions everytime. I explained that this did not work. It was referred to someone in the technical department who responded with the same instructions. My other free spins worked fine. Are they avoiding giving the free spins? I would be wary of this site they do not fix the errors.
I continue to have issues with this site and starting to believe I have been scammed. No one will respond to my chats to answer why the game suddenly loads the day after the 200 free spins expired. The first few withdrawals are almost instant. They’ll let you withdraw $350 a day, and maybe slightly more.

Once you’ve gambeled here for a week, they’ll give you the same copy and paste run around, your concern has been escalated to the relevant team. Every single vip manager and live agent with the same response.

They capped my withdrawal limit at $100 per day and I can’t even get that now. They have no one there with true answers.

Registered on Wagibet a month ago; at the start, all was good, but now they don’t want to pay my winnings.
They reduced daily withdrawal limits from 3000$ to 350$; after one successful payment reduced it again to 100$ per day.
That means they are expressly delaying withdrawals and deceiving players.
My current balance is 2950$ i demand it be payed with one payment within 24 hours like their rules say.
They are scammers, never play on WAGIBET (pussybet)

I believe it is just as important to update a negative review when a company steps up and resolves a problem as it is to write the original complaint.

My original review explained how a $25 bonus was attached to my deposit and, after I had completed the wagering requirements and reached approximately $1,200, my balance was reduced to $75. I questioned that result because the terms I found appeared to indicate a maximum of 10 times the bonus amount, which would have been $250.

Following my review, Liam, my Account Manager at Wagibet, personally looked into the situation and contacted me. He offered a $250 cash credit to my account as a goodwill gesture because of how the situation had played out. I have now received that credit.

That response deserves to be recognized.

Mistakes and disputes can happen with any company. For me, a much better measure of trustworthiness is what a company does after a customer raises a legitimate concern. Wagibet could have simply ignored my review or dismissed my complaint. Instead, they reached out, reviewed the situation and took meaningful action to resolve it.

In my original review, I said that if Wagibet addressed this fairly, I would revise my review and rating to reflect that. They have done so, and I am keeping my word.

Thank you to Liam and Wagibet for listening to my concerns and making a genuine effort to put things right. Their response has restored my confidence and demonstrated that when a customer raises a serious concern, Wagibet is willing to listen, review the situation and take meaningful steps to make things right. Five stars for Liam and the Wagibet organization for stepping up to the plate and hitting a home run!
