I’m still giving 5* even though There was a delay as ordered in May. Emailed and was told June , then July as they had over sold.However made up with the dog dock Received the bed in July the bed is 5*
Maggie loves it I have had other car seats and she has managed to destroy due to poor quality glad I stuck it out and Max always replied to my emails and also he mailed with updates.

The beds may be wonderful, however, I have absolutely no idea as still not received despite promises from customer services and even a photo of stock in the warehouse. Promised DPD delivery ref never received and I have just requested to cancel the whole order now. In the meantime time receiving marketing emails left, right and centre making even more of a mockery of the service.

Our bed took longer than expected to arrive and I did doubt it would arrive but it is here. The bed is great and just as the website shows, our dog loves it. I ordered mid may and it was meant to be despatched in June however there were further delays. Everytime I emailed the company I received a response within 24 hours and further updates were communicated well. Really happy and would purchase again.

Ordered two beds in April. Was told in May that one of them was no longer available so changed to different version.
Was then emailed in June telling me that they had 'oversold this product and miscounted the stock we had arriving' and asked if I would wait until July or wanted a 'full refund immediately'. I requested the refund.
One week later and nothing had been received so I chased with no response. I contacted 'Max' again 4 days later to be told they had issues their end and he would be 'making your refund my absolute top priority'.
Two weeks later and nothing was received so I chased again today (17th July) and I got more excuses. Apparently 'due to an error in our system, your order was not cancelled in time and it is already in the final stages of being processed and shipped out to you'. An unverifiable screenshot was attached.
I have again asked for my money back as I had to buy alternative beds due to their delay and should my money not be refunded by the end of July I will be requesting a chargeback from my credit card company.
I can't speak of the product as I have not seen it and will not use it but I can certainly say that their customer service is very, very poor and you can not trust them to deliver on their promises.

Overall, I am quite satisfied with the seat and my little guy seems to like it so far. It arrived quicker than I expected, though the tracking number never worked.
The material of the seat itself feels to be of high quality and the clips all likewise feel solid and once the stuffing is installed it seems quite fluffy.
I have a suggestion: maybe include something that explains that the 'packing stuffing' that comes with it serves two purposes: to keep the whole thing safe in the box and then to actually be the seat cushions (they fit wonderfully, by the way).
The clips for the critter are a little difficult to unlatch, but I am hoping that they will break in properly.

The bedding is ideal for traveling in the car. My dogs are comfortable and content. I appreciate how easy it is to wipe down after each outing. Would definitely recommend. 🐺💙🐺

The bed is really good quality and good enough to use in the house aswell. Although I bought the bed for the car, it’s going to be handy for holidays as its easy to carry. I really like it. There was a 7 week delay in delivery where I worried I was scammed as such is life nowadays, but no, the product arrived in good condition and as described, and it fits perfectly in my car. It looks like it will last a good while too. I would buy again

Took a while for delivery ordered on 28th may was but received it on Wednesday 16th july made up today fitted in car and tried misty in it she loves it . If ordering you have to be patient as takes a while sent a few emails and received emails back straight away saying there was a few delays as it was a preorder. We have the XL and fits misty the gsd perfectly

Quality dog dock, very durable and wipe clean material, keeps your dog safe and secure in the back seat of your car, delivery time not as stated I feel they need to add 48 hour delivery once it reaches DPD delivery service. It was worth the wait and very happy with my product, you just have to have a little patience.

Delays with delivery. I ordered the car seat on the 5th of June and received it on 14th July. The car seat is brilliant, such good quality and comfortable for my puppy .

My dog loves traveling in his docking station.the materials are good quality easy to clean and are very comfortable.I have tried it out myself.I have a large one so only 3 of the 4 isa fix points meet up with those on my car but you do also have the straps. Handles make it easy to carry in to hotel rooms to make a handy bed.Over all very happy with the product which was delayed in delivery.I was kept up to date on that so not a major issue as it arrived a few days before I really needed it

Fantastic straight forward. Bed came in box compressed. Few hours for pillows to rise. Bed is now all ready for puppy to use in the car. Thanks

Product itself is excellent, dog loves it. Giving 4 stars because of a delay in delivery but otherwise no issues.

The basket is light to carry and so well made .
Rolo loves it ..Max explained why the bed was a little delayed..but it was worth the wait .

Giving this a four star, but may be a five star once we use the beds more. We purchased two, and only opened one to try, for starters. We have two beagles. Love the way the beds secure in the car. We live in the mountains, so going down hills allowed our regular dog beds to slide off the seat, just as hitting the brakes hard did. These are staying put! I’m probably going to remove a cushion or so, to give more room in the actual bed part, especially for my larger beagle, who is around 30lbs. The front cushion is so high, the air conditioner vent can’t hit the dogs after we get in the car following a hot hike. If I remove that pillow/cushion, it may help. The only other complaint I have is the straps to hook to the dog’s harnesses have such small hooks, making it a challenge to efficiently hook easily and almost not being big enough to hook onto the spot on my dog’s harness. We actually purchased a larger hook to hook onto the existing one to fix the problem. We are opening the second bed today, and installing, as we feel that the quality of the beds is great, and we are keeping them. The delivery was fine, arriving within a week, I believe. These seem to be safe, quality car dog beds and will get a lot of use with our dogs!!

Had to wait a while for delivery but communication was swift once I chased them.
Received my large bed last week and my Labrador puppy loves it. He settles straight away & falls asleep in it every car journey. I have total peace of mind knowing he is safely tethered to the bed and that the bed is fixed via the ISO fixings
The quality is excellent.
I am more than happy with the product & would recommend.

I recently received an XL bed for our dog Dug’. Unfortunately there was a wee fault with one of the zips however fortunately Max at Wagging Rights responded within the hour and within two days we have a resolution! Absolutely excellent customer service, and Dug is delighted with his new travel bed 😀
