After a slow start and some issues, Joe contacted me on Good Friday and has been in touch a number of times since. He has arranged for a charger to be delivered today Monday 06/04/26 despite it being a holiday and I can have fitted any day this week to suit my circumstances. Initially, the service let me down, but it is how problems get dealt with that gives you a true measure of a firm and when push came to shove they were superb.

Excellent service for a great price. The charger was installed 12 days earlier than expected. I loved every part of their service.

The overall service was excellent from purchase to the installation of the ev charger.

The company kept me informed throughout the buying and installation process. After the install I had some challenges with the app but their support responded quickly to resolve my problem.

I just wanted to share a really positive experience I’ve had with WAEV.

I recently had an issue with my EV charger which also caused problems with my EV Energy app. From the start, the support I received was outstanding. The engineer I worked with was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable—doing everything possible to resolve the issue remotely.

When it became clear that a remote fix wouldn’t work, they arranged a replacement charger quickly and efficiently. Even after installation, they continued to support me over several days to make sure everything was set up correctly in the app and working as it should.

It’s rare to come across this level of dedication and customer care. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and I always felt supported throughout the process.

A huge thank you to the team at WAEV—especially the engineer who helped me, for going above and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I had my charger fitted but had problems with connection I could not resolve. I emailed for support, got an instant reply which was followed up by a call. The team were extremely professional courteous and helpful. They solved my problem quickly. Support was excellent and really happy to have employed this team to deliver my charger.

I recently purchased an EV charger from Waev and the experience was outstanding. The installation process was very smooth, and the team was professional throughout.

The ground team turned up on time and did a fantastic job, and a few days later the installer again turned up on time and again did a fantastic job, I'm well 👍

Apart from having to chase up about the ETA on the day of installation, everything was brilliant, would definitely recommend, the installer was very friendly and helpful and the company were very easy to contact.

When I messaged waEV on WhatsApp with my charging problem response was quick saying that they were looking into problem the help was great 👍

I've just had a waEv charger installed and I've been very impressed with the whole process and particularly the after sales support that I have received.
The installation was organized very quickly and went smoothly As a first time ev owner, I've had a few questions about how to get everything set up following the installation. The fast responses and support that I've received from the company has been top class!

The after sales service is superb with WAev. If you have any issues they respond immediately, even on weekends, years after you actually bought they're charger.
It's very reassuring to have such help available if needed, not that I've had any major issue, just very occasionally needed some help getting reconnected to wifi.

Really quick service. My charger was installed within 5 days and was a really good price.

Honestly the service I received from waEV was 10/10, I had issues with my charging and the guys from waEV went the whole hog to make sure I got on top of it even when it turns out it was actually my car that was the problem.
It didn’t really have anything to do with them but they still helped me get to the bottom of it and made sure I had a full battery even when they could have just told me to see my car manufacturer. What a great team.

My waEV charger install was incredibly quick and the installers were really friendly throughout.

The unit itself is neat and tidy and the app easy to use. I did have a small issue with the unit afterwards, but when I contacted them, Joe responded straight away and helped get everything sorted in no time.

Brilliant service all round. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Had an issue with Octopus app. My car was not charging because of the issue with their app. Called Octopus but they never got back. I called WaEv and they were there to help me even at the middle of night. Excellent service.
