Exactly the same as all other reviewers! I put my order for a very reasonable Karcher pressure washer in on 19/9/24. Just as the other folk got what looked like legitimate emails from Sambraun re order and delivery tracking viat Wadztek Logistics. All emails to both now bounce back. They have made their money and scarpered. BEWARE. I will check Trust Pilot first in future when a deal seems the best on the market!!!! Note to self.
Total scam in conjunction with sambraun . They send you shipping updates daily and then advise tried to deliver on 2 occasions, both times they didn't . Then says pending and then a few days later it totally disappears. Luckily my bank intervened but outrageous they can do this to people ...beware 🤬
Exactly what the previous writer wrote. ordered camera from SamBraun was given tracking information was showing for weeks the shipping stopovers, then vanished. no data available on this tracking number. Email from both companies don't work. Put in claim with Amex.
Scammers linked to the Sambraun scammers. Allegedly handling product delivery all emails were bounced as undeliverable. Bogus tracking information provided on web page.
Purchased a camera by Sam Braun. Looked to be legit with shipping information provided by Wadztek. Shipping updated daily and then tracking no longer available. Emails to both companies were bounced back so I have very little faith in either as legitimate companies. Fortunately I had paid via credit card and so covered by the Credit Consumer Act. I would not use again or recommend anyone to use either of these companies.
