I love this cruelty-free company's makeup. It is budget-friendly and beautifully packaged - as well as British!

I buy a lot from them and from their sister company Technic, both online and in stores.

Recently I had a minor issue with some points on their reward scheme and they sorted it out right away for me. Nothing was too much trouble.

Their customer service is excellent. Other companies could learn a lot from their good practice.

Havent recieved my order . Have emailed numerous times with no reply , they seem to email plenty offers but not answer any problems.

The red love pop lip gloss is like water however its use one time only product in my eyes . The overwhelming stench of burnt animal fat is prominent after 6 hours of opening it. I've asked the company for a full list of the ingredients as its made in china . I'm now thinking I've helped fund the killing of animals and using of the remains to make this. The smell tells me it's not natural and it's got animal fat in it

Have been having issues with delivery tried to deliver once but they marked it as 3 times and are returning it but w7 are as easy to get hold of as the delivery company they use (evri) cant get a hold of anybody and I dont have my parcel. Won't use them again since you cant speak to anybody when there is an issue and they use evri as well. Awful service.

I received a mystery box with a great selection of products worth £40 but you only pay £20.
It's so fun to open and I'll definitely buy more in the future.

I never usually write reviews but I feel that the customer service W7 offered me went above and beyond this week! I received a damaged delivery (not their fault but fault of the courier) I wrote an email and sent some photos of the damage and within 48 hours, and straight after a weekend, had received an apology and a brand new item shipped straight out by Royal Mail. Could not have been better! Many thanks, very happy customer!

I like that safety is your top priority and that heavy metals such as TBTO (preservative) and other ingredients of concern are not added to your products and that you ensure all raw materials comply with the strictest worldwide regulations (USA, Canada, EU, Japan, & Asia).

Overall, I think I must order from W7 at least once a month.
Most items are amazing quality and similar to high end street brands and I have finally found a foundation that actually likes my skin and it’s under 10£ ! I used to spend between 30-50£ on a high quality foundation but I’ve stuck to W7 for at least 5 years now, which shows that I must really love the brand.
I only use a different brand eyeliner and mascara but everything else is W7. Shame that the products are more me expensive online than in store- I hope you start to work on this for your loyal customers. Also the delivery costs have gone up which is a shame and will mean that I’ll order less often.

The foundation, Snow Flawless pump spray sprayed out over my floor in a single shoot high above my application sponge, the shoot of foundation shot so far that it sprayed onto my thick, grey fibre carpet. I had to bleach it to get it out of the carpet and also scrubbing by hand with a hard brush and then using a vax carpet washer but it didn't come out at all and is very noticeable. I noticed later, it has stained not only my carpet but also my arm as it had also sprayed over my arm when trying to dispense the product onto my sponge which I had held only an inch away. My arm is stained with the foundation and will not come off. the foundation, after trying to wash it off, has a reddish tinge to it, which now looks like I have burns on my arm. I'm certainly not inclined to use this product on my face. I was going to complain to customer service but realise that this wouldn't make any difference to the stain damage it has caused to my carpet, eventually the product will wear off from my arm. Complaining would had had no consequence I'm sure. I have thrown away the product and will never buy this again. Customers of this product; I would advise taking the top from the bottle and pouring out a little of the product instead of using the pump spray, which again, shoots so far out it is impossible to predict where the foundation will end up.

W7 company is selling products as “mulberry silk” on their website and on Tesco website but labelled internally as being Rayon ie made from wood pulp.

Very fast delivery! Bought a mystery box for my daughter for her birthday.....box is sealed so it'll be a mystery to me til then also!!! Nicely presented, and feels quite full. I'm optimistic about it as other reviews have been largely positive.

I bought their jelly blush and it was horrible, it leaked all over the sofa when I opened it... so bad! Otherwise, I have not regretted my other purchases from W7. 3 stars from me. (I bought it from Normal in Denmark)

I bought their black eyelash curler, and I have bought it 3 times.
Every 3 times I have bought it, it has cut my eyelashes off. The first 2 times I didn’t think much of it, but now I’m tired of losing my lashes. ‼️DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY EYELASH CURLERS FROM THEM‼️

Ordered the advent calendar and it never arrived, contacted customer service who apologised and said it was lost in transit and immediately sent out another one. Great customer service

Fantastic, ran out of foundation, when I went for a new one I had the wrong shade. I ordered 3 more off the site and realised overnight that I had ordered the wrong colour again. Email W7 as I needed the foundation for my sisters funeral the following week. Hey presto, two days later the right colour appears. Great service and forever indebted to them

I’m so disappointed my order shows delivered but I haven’t received it and this was suppose to be for my birthday. It's past the estimated delivery date I want a refund .

Some products are ok but some are not great. Found that if you leave a review less than 5 stars on the website it gets removed...don't be fooled by all the 5 stars as

I use brown mascara and w7 does a nice one called "it's Brown". However it comes with a bottle-brush sized bristle applicator. Far too big & clumsy to use.
Fortunately I kept the slim silicone one from their blue top black mascara and swapped them over.
So if you read this w7, please send me a couple more silicone ones.

Lovely foundation, however if you're very fair like me the lightest colour they have is buff, I tried legend and HD foundation, legend being favourite but the colour is wrong for my skin, it is orange looking so I can't carry it off! If they made a shade more suitable in legend it would be my go to foundation!

i accidently dropped the gloss and it leaked everywhere and bc it is sticky'' IT IS 2 STICKY'' it is not getting off and i dont know what 2 do .VERY BAD AND I JUST BOUGHT IT AND THE FALL WAS NOT EVEN HIGH

Great products, great price. Excellent packaging, quick delivery. Easy to buy on line. Very pleased.
