Our 2-week-old vynacore heater burst into flames that were 3 ft high in my kitchen. I heard a pop and smelled something and looked in the kitchen and the whole thing was on fire . Then of course the heater melted and I managed to scoop the whole thing up with the snow shovel and get it outside which also melted my snow shovel. By the way, it destroyed my kitchen floor and my snow shovel and left soot everywhere. Had I not been right by it my whole house could have burned down. DO NOT BUY THIS HEATER! It's a hazard. I wrote to them and have received no response. I even sent pictures of my burned kitchen floor and melted heater

DO NOT ORDER It is a scam. I ordered and paid on December 15 it is now January 20 still nothing. I would rate them negative stars if possible. Total scum bags and a scam. DO NOT ORDER

Well I purchased during black Friday sales where advertised buy 2 get 1 free,after the purchase i seen the invoice said 2 i contacted them and was pretty much deflected, needless to say I just received 2 ,I've used 1 for around a month and it is already not working! Absolute poor service for a pitiful product do yourself a favor and just go get a 40 dollar heater at Walmart no lies and you'll most definitely get more than a month out of it!!!¡!!

This company is a total scam. I have read the other reviews and I had the same problems. NO refund policy exists because what is advertised on their website is not the product that ships - when it actually does ship! The product I received looked nothing like the website pictures - cheap and flimsly compared to what they offered - same situation as others have experienced.
I ordered pn their website the "2 and get one free with a free thermostat" offer - only received 2 small cheap heaters. They claim I hit I just wanted 2 heaters - that isn't even an option on their website! They are not responding to my complaints now and the website is claiming they are now out of product ! Total Scam ! Do not order from this company..

I ordered a heater on dec. 5 2025 and till this day haven’t received anything no tracking number no response from the company nothing sorry sob.

I ordered this product on December 2nd, 2025. I did receive an email about a week later informing me that the product had shipped. Days went by and I kept checking the status of the product only to see it just sitting in place and not moving. I emailed their support line and got an email back stating that even though I am not seeing any movement on the product, it is still moving. Yeah, ok. I let another week/week a half pass by before emailing them again. Thy responded with “give it a little more time.” Right before Christmas, I called my bank and filed a dispute stating I had not received my product and added that I had read through these reviews. The refunded my money that same day. Day before yesterday, I received “a” heater via delivery. The heater received was “NOT” the heater advertised on their website and the numerous videos out there online. This heater is very small and flimsy. My hand pretty much covers the face of the heater. I have taken several pics of it, but it does not look like I can post them here. So please, if you find these posts, please do not waste your time and especially money on this product. It is 100% a scam.

Shipping is very slow.
Company does not deliver products ordered per the advertised items.

This website advertises heaters as genuine Vevor models and promotes a “buy 2 get 1 free” deal. The payment was processed through a Texas address, but the products shipped from overseas.
I received only two units, not three, and the items delivered were not Vevor products. They appear to be low-quality substitutes and were missing key components, including the handle. The advertised free thermostat was also not included.
I contacted the seller multiple times and received no response. Despite the website claiming a 4.8-star Trustpilot rating, my experience does not align with that claim, nor does this actual site.
I have reported this transaction to my bank, and a refund is currently in process. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against purchasing from this site. Buyer beware.

SCAM ordered buy 2 get one free 12-2-25 total 214.47 tried to contact no response called a number for them it was a joke hotline number..also
not sure heaters are as good as their ad ordered 12-2 tried contact them i think scammers or hackers using Vynacore advertisements if so they need be sued for any and all damaging done just got message out for delivery 4 weeks later,,tracking is a joke with who what when and where..no response with inquiry..spread the word told me 2 days in a row OUT FOR DELIVERY ?? NOT !! FINALLY received them FED X...They are NOTHING like the ad on fb they are a joke small and look like made in China wow junk,,,need to send them back for a full refund
look like an after market scam at the original price from real company !!!! JUNK !!

Order placed on 12/4 and requested a refund and as of 12/14 order not shipped. Company is not trustworthy
