Wish I would have seen this review sooner I have the same problem! No software page there ai is like a broken record! No response from there help info or support! When I did find a download page Microsoft blocked and quarantined it they tell you to shut down your security! Then they told me it would work on my car but it needed to run window 7 who even has one of them ! I have 11 pro! The only response I did get was a return number I don’t think I’ll get my money back!

Paid $420 for an SE device plus 4 licenses. This was not my first purchase. In fact I had purchased numerous times previously. The device arrived but simply did not connect to the vehicle. It cannot be said that I don't know how to use and setup this device as it was the last in a long list of purchases. I reached out numerous times to the company, but after several weeks all I have is a very expensive paper weight. They have not bothered to respond to my requests for help, nor have they responded to my request for a refund although they clearly state that they will refund for faulty units. So the guarantee is useless. I will not use this company or these devices again.

I purchased a VXDIAG VCX FD for GM from the official website vxdiag.com. The device arrived, but I cannot use it without the diagnostic software.
Their own Order FAQ clearly states that after purchase they provide the software download link based on your order, and that email support responds within 24 working hours. I first contacted them last Thursday and have since reached out multiple times by email, live chat, and the website contact form. It has now been several days with no response at all.
I need the GM GDS2 software and the CAN FD patch to diagnose my vehicle — this is the entire reason I bought the device. Without the software, the tool is useless.
I would gladly update this review if they deliver the software as promised. Right now I cannot recommend buying here until the after-sales support actually responds.
