No updates on delayed orders
I first waited 2 months for a bathroom mirror, when finally writing them, I got an answer that it was delayed from their vendor and was expected in another 2 months. I decided to wait. One week after the expected delivery date (4 months after the order) I reached out again just to find out it was delayed another 2 months - meaning 6 months in total. Not once did VVSKupp proactively reach out to let me know the order was delayed.
My recommendation to you in VVSKupp is to implement a system that automatically updates customers on the latest updates regarding the product they have bought. This can be done with several different CRM solutions or order management software.

Terrible delivery times and bad…
Terrible delivery times and bad costumer service. Do not order here if you need anything by a specific date.
We placed a big order on the 12 of May. Some items appeared in the site as “in stock”. Others had delivery time of up to 14 days. 14 days later delivery dates were still unconfirmed. After writing several emails (as no help over the phone is offered), I was told one of the products would be sent the following week, the rest two weeks later, and two more than 1,5months after the order was placed!
The date given for the first item has passed again and we have not received any notice.
In the mean time, all the work that had been scheduled for months is getting delayed and I have had to cancel portions of the order and look for them elsewhere... unfortunately, may have to cancel more.
Impossible to plan.
