Unresponsive after 2 weeks, order #3692 still pending
I'm writing this in hopes of opening a line of communication regarding my order (#3692) placed on March 27. My payment was processed immediately but I have not yet received a confirmation or any status update.
I have reached out via email multiple times to resolve this privately, but I have not received a response. I would much prefer to receive the items I ordered but the lack of communication is concerning.
If I don't receive a response or a status update by the end of today, I'll have no choice but to contact my bank to discuss a chargeback for an unfulfilled order. I look forward to resolving this quickly.
Update: Following my initial review, I received an email from the company apologizing for the delay and explicitly guaranteeing that my order would be fulfilled within 48 hours. A full week has now passed since that commitment and I have still received nothing, not even a reply to my follow-up emails inquiring about the delay and the guarantee of genuine user engagement as stated on their website. This lack of reliability is seriously hindering my project’s growth and I am deeply disappointed by this experience. The failure to meet their own revised deadline is unprofessional and has completely undermined my trust in this service.
