Good product very well priced quick delivery

Great service, professional and efficient. The goods were as described.

My order was hand delivered by the company to ensure that it arrived safely. It is certainly a refreshing change to find a company who actually cares about getting any order to the customer safely, and as such I highly recommend these guys, and would definitely consider purchasing equipment from them again.

Immediately offered to rectify an issue same day after delivery of a broken part in transit.

I ordered a pair of adjustable weights. Paying with Apple Pay I didn’t receive any form of order confirmation. After a couple of days I decided to email them and I received an automatic reply saying they were gone for the week. The following week, after non receiving a reply I contacted them again and they made sure to send me my order. In the end I received the product and everything was fine!

The adjustable dumbbells are the best part of my home gym and the service I received when I needed some help was outstanding. I would highly recommend to anybody.

It is a serious and responsible company, very good service at all times, always very close and friendly treatment, they answer your questions very quickly, a highly recommended company, I am very happy with the dumbbells

About 5 months ago I bought the all in one dumbbells that go from 8kg up to 25kg.

Recently the tray that the dumbbells sit in broke. I messaged VA Plus on Sunday asking if it’s possible to replace it and obviously I’d cover any costs.

They responded the following day,
Asked for my address and agreed to send it out, no questions asked and insisted doing it for free.

As well as their product being amazing, their service was exceptional
And I cannot recommend them high enough.

HAD A PART BROKE THAT NEEDED REPLACING. I LEFT A REVIEW AS TO THE DELAY AND LACK OF FEEDBACK BUT IN FAIRNESS, THE OART HAS ARRIVED AND WORKING FINE NOW.

UPS delivered my items to the wrong address! VU PLUS promised to sort everything out within a timeframe and stuck to their word, they re-delivered a new set of items and were packaged very well and itesm are as described.

Though the issue was not their fault, they resolved it as promised and provide high quality products!
