Had the exterior render of our house cleaned. As we didnt want to gp to the expense of repainting. Very polite and professional. Moved very heavy garden ornaments and replaced when finished. Absolutely cracking job. Would recommend them for this

Wasted time moving furniture out the rooms for the appointment for no one to turn up. Called them and they could not advise why appointment was cancelled and why no one bothered telling me. Was told some one would call me back with an update and still waiting for the call. Extremely poor customer service. Dont waste your time booking appointment and preparing the rooms as they dont turn up

Terrible after service. Oven clean and damaged my oven seal. Expected me to buy the new one. Said they would order one. Rang 3 times got passed from pillar to post and heard no more. Didn't call back at all. Don't touch them

Easy to make an early appointment, on time, floor looks brand new, very friendly and professional.Mark was brilliant. Carlos did oven last week and same comments for that service. Thank you.

Josh arrived at the previously arranged time by phone on the day and carried out a professional friendly service. He respected the premises and talked me through his plan of action regarding the cleaning. I was delighted with the results. I can recommend this company. Thank you.

Just had my oven cleaned today, and I am very pleased with the result. Technician was polite and efficient. Oven looks like new!

Fantastic job done by two great lads. They worked non stop from 9.30am till 6pm, staying later than they expected to make sure the job was done perfectly and they had cleaned up everything afterwards.

5 star treatment. Cooker looks like a new cooker and hob! Technician even replaced bulbs. He was very thorough and helpful.

VH Svces came for the 1st time.They cleaned my Large living Room carpet which is 25Years Old .the end result was excellent it looked brand new.Also cleaned my long Hall Carpet the colours are standing it's gorgeous. The Operative was brilliant moved heavy items for us we are Pensioners in our late 80's We can honestly recommend this firm.

The lad Aidan I think it was is so professional and polite and knowledgeable too about his work.

I booked the deep clean service for £129. I got a couple of emails to confirm then a number of texts the day or so before to say someone would call me in the morning and let me know what time they would arrive. They would expect it to be around 1pm. Nothing at 3pm so called then. The lady said they were on the way. Got to 5pm and still nobody so I called again. The man assured me he would call me back. Still waiting for him to call. I got a survey email the next day and responded saying that the cleaning had not taken place. Tommy apologised and said he would get back to me ! Still waiting. I wanted the deep clean done after we had a new roof fitted and the windows and UPVC was filthy. I was willing to pay the high price. Very disappointed and the entire thing, terrible customer service

Excellent service. Easy to communicate with. Messages were answered very quickly and gave good information. Really pleasant technician who was on time and explained what he was going to do. A very, very good service in these days of very poor customer service from other companies.

This is the 2nd time I have used this company both times the gentleman was on time ,polite, and did a very good job would highly recommend them .
