No idea what it was.

I had no idea who or what VUIFY was. I just seen the charge on my bank statement. I looked up the website & promptly emailed customer service to advise and request a return of my money & to cancel any membership. I was pleasantly surprised to receive such a fast response. The emails were apologetic and stated the monies would be refunded and the membership cancelled. That is all good and well and much appreciated but, I'd like to know how they got my card info because I did NOT sign up & give it to them. Due to covid, my budget is really tight. I made 1 purchase at AMAZON marketplace 6 days prior. No other online purchase for more than 6 months using my card. Kinda makes me say hmmmm...

SCAM…

They sent me a message that my netflix account payment was declined. I trusted it and it directed be to a website that looked like it was legit, then put in info only to be directed to a bull sheet site that wanted donations!! This is nothing but a scam. I called to cancel and am waiting to make sure they don't steal my info. I will now have to cancel that card.

I was looking for an ebook which they…

I was looking for an ebook which they claimed to have so I used my credit card on a FREE 5 day plan AND NOTICED IT WAS BULL SHEET. I canceled within 10 minutes after calling their number because they don't have another way to cancel. I checked my credit card and noticed a $1 charge by vuify... OK WHAT THE FUDGE, IM WORRIED.

BAD GUYS!!!!

Their site popped up as I was filling out some medical papers online.
Even though I didn't fill out any information for them, after completing the medical forms I went to my e-mail and had a mail from my credit card issuer that I had been charged $1.02 followed by another $1.00 charge by Vuify. Both charges had already been denied as "suspicious", but I had to get a new credit card/number. The only place they could have gotten my cc number was by them seeing the forms I was filling out!

This company is a scam

This company is a scam, or they use scam practices to steal credit card information. I was trying to book a stay at a federal state park, and realized afterwards, that vuify had sent some type of scam/virus to my computer and stole the information I was putting in for state park. which was a Federally recognized website, with security so I'm not really sure how that's possible. So then I see this 39.99 charge plus international charges on my credit card from them, I didn't even know who they were or what they sold. I was able to cancel my "subscription" but the guy I talked to said it was my fault I didn't have better security on my computer to have blocked their popup scam type ads. Ok, I'll accept that. And now they can accept bad reviews because a company that's real and legit with good products doesn't need to steal business and money from unaware consumers.
