Managing your own Wordpress website can always come with some difficulties aside from the design side of things
Whenever I have problems with my site I know the team are only a phone call away and can advise me how to fix the problem or fix it themselves.

I have all of my sites hosted with VTS and the support I receive is second to none (I have used several hosts before). Mark will even sometimes answer urgent emails at night times and on Sundays. Problems that are often caused by my own inexperience are always quickly resolved by the VTS team. They also built a site for me using OpenCart which looks great and performs flawlessly. Thanks Guys!

I have worked with VTS for the past few years - mainly through their work for the organisation I worked for. When I started up my own business - Number 6 - a B&B in Whitby - they were my first choice to build my website.

I was impressed with the time VTS took to understand what I was aiming to achieve - how I wanted the website to look and feel, and then the speed and efficiency with which they delivered. I know that my website was a small project for them, but they never gave less than their full attention and expertise. I mainly worked with Jonathan and Brad and was impressed with the good humour, politeness and professionalism and with with which they responded to my emails and calls. I got the website I hoped for, on time and on budget and couldn't be more pleased. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend VTS to businesses large or small. Great service at a competitive price.

In all my years of dealing with Website companies none have been as efficient, professional, helpful and even to go the extra mile to make sure that I was happy with the new Website that they created for me.
You can call any time and they are always there with telephone support and will do whatever you ask of them.
I would recommend them to any Company and will definitely use them again for any Hosting or Website work that may be needed.
In summary the best Company I have had the pleasure of working with, highly recommended !

Finding a company to design you a website is easy. Its why for the first whole year I didn't feel the need to write a review, because that would be naive of me to give 5 stars for something I paid for!

This 5 star review is for the AFTER CARE. A whole year, of changes, of trying new things out, of additions and revisions later and without so much as a sigh, moan or groan (or any mention of more money!!) VTS have earned their five stars wholeheartedly. They are quick to respond to requests and are always available to go the extra mile. I am very pleased that I chose VTS to not only design by site, but for hosting and taking care of all the nitty gritty things that I myself couldn't do.

What an experience with vts hosting from start to finish. I enquired about their hosting on a Saturday with a prompt email back from Mark to say he will give me a call on Monday to explain the options. It was a pleasant conversation with no up selling at all. After the call, he said he will look at my site and see what the best option was for me and he would call me back. Mark called back within an hour to give me my options which he advised the lower package or middle package, what honest not to sell me the dearest, just what was right for my needs.

The next step was migrating me website which Brad completed on the same day. Communication was excellent, straight to the point and this was completed within the hour. Even a follow up to check everything was right and working correctly.

On the Saturday Mark sent a message to make sure i was satisfied that my site was working ok and that i was happy with the service. That has never happened before to me from a hosting company without an automated email, it was the personal touch what made the difference.

My conclusion, if you are looking for a host who gives a genuine response not from a script VTS hosting is for you.

A really excellent company. Responsive, quick and they always seem to 'go the extra mile' to be helpful. Plus, they are endlessly patient with technophobes ..like me!! i cannot praise them enough for their professionalism and yet their ability to keep the human touch despite being an IT company. An experienced team that are always able to answer whatever question I throw at them. The support team are always quick to reply to emails and are able to explain things in very clear detail when talking on the phone. I don't imagine I will ever need to go to another web hosting company again

Really great experience developing my website with VTS Web Services. They are vey accommodating - nothing is too much trouble, its important to them to get your website just as you want it to be. They keep you updated every step of the way. They are courteous, creative and patient. Great value for money - I would highly recommend them.

My husband and I run a non-profit making community youth theatre & in August 2018 we decided to transfer our newly developed website to VTS design from Heart. I have to say the service we have received from VTS has been outstanding, from the initial discussions of our requirements, to the ongoing maintenance & solutions to my problems. The one thing that sets this company apart from the rest though, is their superb customer service. Nothing is too much trouble, they respond speedily to queries and are extremely friendly, helpful and professional at all times. I would highly recommend VTS, especially to anyone who wants a British, honest, reliable and inventive service. Mark, Jonathon and the team were extremely helpful and have produced a website I was so impressed with that I have moved my hosting to them too. I had bad experiences in the past with Go Daddy and then Vidahost after they were taken over by Go daddy and moved out of the country. If you want an honest, competitively priced and most of all attentive service pick VTS.
