I had been using VT Markets for some time before this incident, including multiple successful withdrawals in the three- and even four-digit range without any issues. My trading strategy remained consistent throughout.

Recently, after trading XAUUSD using normal intraday strategies (manual trades held for approximately 5–10 minutes), I generated a profit of aproxx. 20,000.00 EUR.

Shortly after, the broker classified my activity as “suspicious” and reversed the entire profit.

What is particularly concerning:

No specific trades were identified
No concrete rule violation was explained
No technical evidence was provided

Despite multiple requests, the broker refused to share any details and relied only on a general clause and statements about their liquidity provider.

After I formally escalated the issue and requested clarification, communication stopped completely.

From my perspective, this raises serious concerns about transparency and fair treatment of clients, especially given that the same trading approach had previously been accepted without any issues.

I would strongly advise other traders to carefully consider this risk before trading with this broker.

I have already contacted your support team multiple times and formally escalated this issue, but unfortunately I have not received any further response.

I would appreciate it if this matter could now be properly reviewed and resolved, as it concerns a significant amount and remains unresolved despite my previous efforts.

It has now been several days since my last update, and I still have not received any response from VT Markets, despite their public reply.
The issue remains unresolved, and communication appears to have stopped again.

Unauthorized transfer of my agency, clients, and full IB team without consent

My name is Mustafa Al-Kurdi, an Iraqi trading content creator and public financial educator with a major audience across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube under the brand “رحلة متداول عراقي”.

I entered into a professional partnership with VT Markets through the Egypt team, where I established my agency and actively promoted the company through public educational reviews and social media content. Due to my strong digital presence, I consistently brought in a large number of active traders on a daily basis.

Over time, I successfully built a highly active network that included 8 regional agents across Iraqi provinces, each managing more than 100 active clients, in addition to my own direct client base.

Without any prior notice, approval, or written consent, I was shocked to discover that my full IB structure, my personal clients, and the client structures of my entire team were transferred to what was presented as the Iraq branch.

After conducting my own investigation, it became clear that this was not an official branch structure but rather an agency/master-agency arrangement. The most concerning issue is that this transfer appears to have been facilitated internally between the Egypt and Dubai teams, completely bypassing my rights as the original partner who built this network.

Following this unauthorized transfer, severe operational issues began affecting my business and my audience, including:
- Withdrawal restrictions for clients
- Spread increases
- Verification delays and account issues
- Loss of direct communication
- No clear accountability from the Iraq-side team
- Ongoing damage to my business workflow and reputation

This situation has caused serious damage to my credibility as a public financial content creator and has negatively impacted the trust of hundreds of traders who joined through my educational channels.

Because transparency with my audience is a core part of my professional responsibility, I will also be sharing my complete documented experience with VT Markets across my social media platforms so that traders, affiliates, and IB partners can make informed decisions before working with this company.

BIGGEST SCAM EVER DO NOT DEPOSIT THEY LOST THEIR REGULATION AND DON’T PROCESS WITHDRAWALS ANYMORE

I had an issue where I thought somebody accessed my account but that turned out to be not true. However, they blocked my withdrawal. I have money on it and don’t have access now. I reached out for months!!!!!!!! Sent them all the proof and document they want and all I receive is a copy paste answer all the time. ALL THE TIME!! I want my money that is on my account please!!! Please enable my withdrawal

I grow up my acount 3400$ now I am try to withdraw but its not even showing my bank details which I use for deposit.
I send them multiple emails but there is no response I joined with Qaseem with this broker.
Can please vt markets look into it and help me to withdraw money.

They are scammers they blocked my account and my friends accounts they dont let us to withdraw and they dont respond neither do solutions

It has been 2 to 3 months, and I am still unable to withdraw my funds. Every time I contact their support, I receive the same response saying that my case has been sent to the internal team and is under review. No clear explanation, no timeline, and no real solution have been provided.

This situation is very concerning. A delay of this length without a valid reason is unacceptable. I would like to know why my withdrawal is being blocked and when I will finally be able to access my money.

I had a very serious issue with VT Markets that resulted in a loss of approximately $104,000.
Two trades on Gold (XAUUSD), each with 20 lots, were executed at price levels that did not exist in the real market. Furthermore, both trades were closed at price levels that were never reached by the actual market at that time.
I verified the prices using independent market sources, and the execution on my account clearly does not match real market data.
I contacted the company multiple times, but all I received were delayed and generic responses without any real explanation or resolution.
This raises serious concerns about price manipulation, off-market execution, and lack of transparency.
I have escalated this matter to regulatory authorities, and I strongly advise traders to be cautious when dealing with this broker.

The company responded publicly, but only redirected me to support again.

I have already contacted support multiple times with no resolution.

I am still waiting for a clear explanation regarding the trades executed at prices that did not exist in the real market, causing a loss of approximately $104,000.

I consider this my worst trading experience in last 10 years.

I deposited $10 via upi on March 18th just to try out how fast it gets credited before trying a bigger amouny. It is now April 1st, and the funds are still not in my account. Every time I contact support, I am told they are 'waiting on the payment gateway.' Two weeks is an unacceptable timeframe for a modern broker to reconcile a digital payment. I have provided proof of payment multiple times. I am posting this to warn others: if they cannot handle a $10 deposit, be careful with larger amounts

Dissappointed. Very much. Was told VTMarkets not operating in my country after setting up the account and deposited. Very well but when comes asking for withdrawing the initial deposit, no reply. Specifically from the agent name Hong. What so difficult since I cant be a member and withdraw back the deposit. Dissappointed.

I deposited €350 and managed to grow my account to €1,401.42. But the moment I tried to withdraw my profits, my account was suddenly blocked from making any withdrawals. Every attempt results in an error telling me to contact support.

And support? Completely useless. I’ve been getting nothing but copy-paste responses like “under review” or “escalated,” with zero real explanation or solution. No transparency, no accountability, nothing.

I have absolutely no access to my own funds, and they refuse to clearly explain why. This is unacceptable behavior for any financial platform.

Because of this, I have already taken action and reported this case to financial regulators and dispute authorities. I am also preparing further steps to recover my money.

Be very careful dealing with this company. Based on my experience, once you make a profit, getting your money out becomes impossible.

I have been an active affiliate with VT Markets for over 2 years. I consistently brought new clients, generated real FTDs, and promoted their services seriously across my Telegram community and social media.

The result? $6,400 in commissions that have never been paid.

I sent over 30 follow-up messages through their official support channel. Every single time, I received the same copy-pasted response: "your case has been escalated to the account manager who will contact you as soon as possible."

No account manager ever contacted me. Not once. In 2 years.

I am not a dissatisfied trader. I am a partner who did their job, brought real clients and real deposits — and was simply never paid.

This is not a delay. This is not a misunderstanding. After 2 years and 30+ ignored follow-ups, this is theft.

If you are considering joining the VT Markets affiliate program, be very careful. Document everything from day one. Their affiliate support is non-existent and commissions are not guaranteed to be paid regardless of performance.

I am now filing a formal complaint with ASIC (licence No. 516246) and will be sharing this experience across the trading community.

My account has now been under restriction for more than a week, and I still have not received any clear explanation, evidence, or timeline regarding the alleged "suspicious or abnormal trading activity." This lack of transparency is highly unprofessional and unacceptable, especially from a regulated broker.

Furthermore, if there were any concerns about my trading activity, I believe I should have been notified before restricting my account and freezing my funds. Instead, my account was blocked without prior notice, and my funds are now being held indefinitely, which is both unfair and unreasonable.

UPDATE: VT Markets responded here asking me to contact support, but I have already contacted both support and the trading team multiple times with no response. My withdrawal is still blocked after 70+ days and funds remain inaccessible.

URGENT: Withdrawal Blocked After Profit – No Access to Funds

I am sharing a serious issue with VT Markets that all traders should be aware of.

After making a profit, my account now shows a balance of $9,724.10 USD. However, I am completely unable to withdraw any funds.

The system displays the following message:
“Unable to submit a withdrawal request. Please contact support.”

I have already contacted support multiple times for over 50 days, but I only receive generic responses like:

– “Escalated to internal team”
– “Processing request”

No explanation has been provided for:
• Why my withdrawal function is disabled
• Why I cannot access my funds
• Why this issue has not been resolved for 50+ days

I am a very active trader who was trading on the broker VT markets I have put more then €100.000 in the broker so i was almost a platinum client and THEY DELETED my account out of nowhere while I almost reached my trading reward goal both of them, its been a week and I still didn’t get helped or atleast they didn’t explain why my account has been deleted SO IF YOURE GOING TO DEPOSIT ALOT OF MONEY DONT DO IT WITH VT MARKETS. Btw I never received a notification or atleast a warning about something that I wasn’t supposed to do
