I am unable to withdraw funds, and my account is frozen/blocked.
I am a VT Markets client. I had an account with VT Markets over four years ago. My account number is 8600203 and the balance is $296.38. This account has been frozen by VT Markets. I tried to withdraw funds, but I couldn't because my account was frozen and blacklisted. On April 14, 2023, I tried to contact VT Markets via email regarding withdrawal instructions, but was unsuccessful. Several months later, on June 27, 2023, I contacted VT Markets again, attaching several documents related to my bank account, but was unsuccessful, and my account was ultimately blocked. I last contacted VT Markets on October 27, 2025, but received no response. Please advise whether my funds can still be withdrawn.

Important Notice - KYC (UID 1176240)
In the beginning, everything with VT Markets went very smoothly. Deposits and withdrawals were fast, and the platform is very user-friendly.
However, once KYC verification was requested, everything changed. My account has now been under compliance review for +- 2 months. I submitted all required documents (ID, proof of address, source of funds, and video verification), but I still haven’t received a clear update or timeline.
The live chat support is always polite and responds quickly, but they only say that the case has been forwarded to the internal team. I have also sent follow-up email, but I receive no response.
I find this very disappointing because VT Markets is genuinely easy to use. However, waiting one month or longer for KYC verification is simply too long. I sincerely hope this issue will be resolved as soon as possible so that I can use VT Markets normally again, without restrictions or uncertainty.
