The service VS group gave us was very good.Our biggest concern was moving away from a traditional system and taking on a cloud based product. The team explained everything before hand and spent time with the staff training them on the new system.Two months down the road we are benefitting from both a bettar product and more importantly saving money in the process.I wouldnt hesitate on reccommendig vs group to any of our contacts.

Right from the start of looking at installing a phone system for our new business venture, VS Group listened to what we wanted and helped us choose the right system for us. Never felt pushed into buying something that wasn't going to benefit us and never tried to sell something we didn't need. The aftercare service has been brilliant - all in all very impressed and would highly recommend them.

Predatory and dishonest company
VS Group advertise themselves as charity specialists but their business model clearly relies on them preying on the trust of small charities with little expertise. It's probably naive to assume companies working with charities will feel some kind of moral obligation to not exploit them, but this clearly isn't the case here. Some of their customer service team are lovely and very helpful, but their sales team are the exact opposite. If you're ever unlucky enough to deal with these people, get off the phone and get EVERYTHING in writing so you can hold them to their promises. Trying to untangle the web of misinformation and contracts and sub-contracts years down the line has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my career. I can only assume the scattering of 5 star reviews at the end of 2019 are from their own team trying to balance the other well-deserved 1-star ratings. Avoid at all costs.

I had a meeting with Kevin to discuss our current bills and call costs, he was very thorough and explained how and were he could save us money. We now have a new system and handsets and our bills have massively reduced. We were kept updated through the whole process from start to finish.

Kevin came to see our Charity last month, and helped us save a huge amount of savings on our monthly bills! When the engineer Jim came out and fitted our new phone system and broadband, he was very helpful and polite and couldn't of done enough for us.
