Ordered earrings on the 4th Feb still now show! Emailed them 3 times no reply..opened up a dispute with PayPal.. disgusting behaviour

This is one of the worst and dodgyiest online shopping store ever! I have purchased a necklace from the website, and I could not find the description to find out if the jewellery was genuine. However, I looked at the outstanding perfect reviews on the website including trustpilot so I figured I should buy it. I purchased it thinking that I had nothing to worry about, I decided to a little more research on the company because the advertisement I found was on TikTok and I got excited. I spent a while trying to find the description on the item I purchased, it turns out that you need to click on "more information" just to access the description on the product and it turns out that the diamond material was fake. The "more information" was not clear because I thought it was contact information and distribution like other online shopping stores. After, I emailed them asking to cancel my order because the description was inaccessable, unclear and I did not know that it was fake, I get an email from them saying "we will refund when you send back the package" so I told them why do I have to wait for the package to arrive for me to ship it back for a refund and then came up with the most dumbest excuse saying "order has already been processed and you'll get your refund when you send it back". So, they tried to make me wait for package to arrive even though it was not shipped just so I could pay for the shipping for my refund. Very dodgy! I'm going to be reporting this to consumer watchdog for false advertisement because there are products that they're selling that don't have a description for the product!

Chain came quickly, was good quality and looked great.

I found out about this on Tiktok and I bought a gold rope chain from there and loved it then I decided to buy some more jewelry for christmas and I loved my watch and rings and chains and my pendant vrsla definitely has a long term customer

Great product in being that it looks great and is waterproof. I would recommend to a friend.

Took advantage of a great offer from TikTok, only pay postage on a MIAMI CUBAN CHAIN [WHITE GOLD]. The chain was really good quality, heavy and packaged really well with a nice box for gifting. Will definitely be looking out for more offers on this website. Item arrived in a few days, despite it being a Black Friday purchase. Purchased as a gift for my son and he loves it. Thank you VRSLA.

Finally got my cuban links from #VRSLA! This chain is very nicely weighted, it's beautiful. The material is exactly what it says it is, the price is excellent and the worth itself is amazing. Got one for my girl and friend too. Definitely refer this website and business to all my friends and family after purchasing and receiving these products. Will be purchasing again in the future.

I think this company is doing an excellent job making the jewelry affordable and with amazing quality too. Their shop has a wide selection of items that can be gifts or if your looking for a personal bling. the chains are my favorite!!!

The website seems like a scam. I usually don’t buy stuff for myself when I see ads but I gave it a shot. Regretted and asked for refund but was never messaged back. The chain came in 3 weeks later and I was schocked. The website is sketchy, do not trust because a charge was on my card the next day from something else. None the less though they sent it. Not bad chain either. I got the gold 5mm. Not dissapointed, defiantly shocked.

I ordered a bracelet after seeing their jewelery on TikTok. It was my first time buying jewelery from VRSLA, as I usually shop GLD, a much more reliable company. After waiting a month and a half for my bracelet to arrive, it said it was delivered, although it never came. I emailed them and also got no answer. It has now been 10 days since “delivery” and still no bracelet, response, refund, or resend of the bracelet. Anything to say @VRSLA?
