Worth the Money

The open communication was superb! being able to talk about the process for my Ray-Ban Meta lenses was super easy. My optometrist's employees told me that there was no 3rd party shop that makes lenses and the extra discontinued pair I bought would be no use to me. I am friends with the lady who handles the repairs and glasses ordering. I ordered them anyway through VR Waves, and when they came in, I went over and showed her the lenses. She tested the prescription on them, and they are a perfect match to my prescription. she did believe me on that you can pop out the lenses due to the ray-ban rep telling her that the lenses are built into the frames. she had me pop the lenses out and I showed her the install video and, she popped them in for me. I plan on getting lenses for my VRs that I have. IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT BUYING THEM DO IT, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPOINTED!

I didn’t receive the lenses and received no help

I was excited to get these and when I arrived home … expecting them to be there… they werent there. When contacting support, they offered no support. Not good customer service

VRWave has AWFUL Customer Service

VRWave has refused to reply to my emails regarding my Meta Ray-Bans lenses that they have shipped me. They sent me lenses that are too big for the normal Wayfarers and they have not replied to my countless emails asking for either a replacement or refund.

Vr-Wave ignores your email complaints.

I replied to your response on the 26th and as I thought, even though on your reply you are willing to sort this out without delay,
it’s been yet another 4 days (26th August) and I still haven’t heard back from you again.
Maybe if I continue on trustpilot there maybe a chance you’ll get back to me again.
I attached a video link to the issue I’m having as I have a file limit on the email for video files.
I also attached photos, however the photos don’t show the issue like the video.

I await your reply.

If anyone from customer service is reading this please will you respond to my email dated the 18th.
Order number 52219.

I see that other customers are having issues when you have a problem getting a response from you.

I also have had issues with prescription lenses for my ray ban wayfarer glasses.
The right lens does not fit properly and shakes when moving my head.
Unless I get a response from you within the next 2 working days I will be seeking a refund from PayPal.

Unless this is resolved shortly I have no alternative but to give a negative review and advise anyone not to use Vr-wave,
as if you encounter any problems after one email acknowledging your email you are then ignored.
