They are obviously reselling TEMU products, so have no control over quality nor shipping. Ridiculous client services, all in all amateurs. Just like the previous reviews: do not buy here! Unless you want to lose money!

Ordered the suitcase 29th of November and they didn’t send the package neither provide tracking number.
Telling me because of “very strict customs inspection”

No delivery 1 month later
Ordered a suitcase a month ago and still haven't received it.
Customer service is saying their delivery has been stuck at the EU customs for weeks. If so they should say that on the website instead of misinforming costumers.
A month later, I still haven't received an email about my suitcase being sent.

Bad customer service
Cannot recommend purchase. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. We bought 2 suitcases which arrived after 1 1/2 months. when we open them it surprises us that they are very sparsely protected. The first thing I do is change the code on my suitcase after unpacking. After 2 days I lay it on the table and can see it has a dent. I send pictures of both the box and the dent and the complaint will be accepted. Since the suitcase has been sent back, they suddenly won't accept the complaint on the day the suitcase must have been used because the code has changed and I have to pay for the return shipping. The case required about 15 emails.
