VERY BAD | Your policies are misleading | Coupon code issue
Hi Team,
My experience with Voyageeyewear.
When I saw the digital ad, I purchased a pair of sunglasses worth 1199 Rs/- for 800 Rs/- using an offer code.
Upon receiving the product, I was very disappointed with the size—it was too large. I immediately returned it.
However, I only received the amount I paid from my pocket as a refund, not the full offer amount, which was fine. No questions asked.
The main problem is that the refund was issued as a coupon code with a 6-month validity period, which I didn't want to use.
I decided not to order any more products from your website (Voyageeyewear) because of this coupon code issue. However, I eventually selected another product valued at 1399 Rs/- and paid the extra amount.
Unfortunately, the size of this new product was too small. I attempted to return it, but the return option was disabled. My frustration grew, but I finally managed to get the return request approved. I then spent 1599 Rs/- to purchase another exchange.
Now, I've received a message from the team, there are no refunds or returns for this exchange.
This is very frustrating. If I don't like your brand's sunglasses, what should I do with your coupon code? I have already spent a considerable amount of money due to your terms and conditions. Instead, I could have bought the same product from Amazon or Flipkart, which offer better customer service.
Your policies are misleading, and they cause major problems for customers. In the end, it feels like you are taking advantage of customers, resulting in significant frustration and dissatisfaction.
