This is what Vox Casino, operated by Udwin B.V., Curacao, is!
The moment you win a bigger amount, they refuse to pay you!
My account was fully verified in January 2026. Despite this, the casino is currently stalling my payments under the guise of an "account review." This is the exact same tactic they used against me in February 2026, which was only resolved after I filed a public complaint.
Timeline:
January 2026: My account successfully passed full KYC verification.
February 2026: I had a large win. The casino blocked me, claiming account issues. After I filed a complaint on review sites, they unblocked me, paid my winnings, apologized, and explicitly stated my account was perfectly fine for future deposits and withdrawals.
March 24th: they told me, through e-mail that i do have, that my account is perfectly fine, i can deposit, withraw and they also apologised for the problem and thanked me for deleting the post here and on other casino review sites( including my formal complaint to CADRE)
May 19, 2026: I deposited, won and requested two withdrawals (450 and 2,600).
Day 3 (May 22): Support told me withdrawals take 3 to 5 days.
Day 5 (May 24): Support assured me the payment would go through "in a few hours." It did not.
Day 6 (May 25): Support changed their story, stating my account was suddenly "under review." I reminded them of my January verification and the February incident, the march assurance that everything is fine.
Days 7–10 (May 26–29): I contacted support daily. They gave arrogant and contradictory responses, claiming alternatingly that the account is "under review" or "going through verification."
At this point, they are violating their own rules! I wasn't playing any bonus, I didnt break any rules, I still have the screenshot of the lucky hand I wont the bigger amount.
I am currently redacting my complaints for Curacao Gaming Authority( CGA), CADRE and I will go through with making legal complaints against them.
My advice( I have been through this TWICE) is to NOT deposit becouse, if you win, you will be stalled endlessly, encouraged to Cancel the withrawals, postponed, verified again, having your account ''reviewd' by ''experts'' time and time again with no reason to why, how long it will take and so on.
Also, make sure you screenshot EVERYTHING, from deposits, your contact details, your approved verification, withrawals, e-mails, chats with Support becouse you will need it as proof!
Anyone who has been through this, you can contact me to give you the details of where you can make formal complaints against them and, the more people do this, the better becouse, sadly, Vox casino is just a SCAM!

Update June 1st: I have talked to Support daily and one operator says it is ''verification'', other says it is a ''review account'' situation. I've been through both in January and March so....the scam goes on!
