I had an issue with a voucher that was given to me as a birthday present. The voucher was sent to an email account that I couldn't access. Well despite my comment below I persisted with trying to get through which I finally did. It did take some time but was worth it. I spoke with this amazingly helpful lady who sorted out my voucher issue and went through every detail of the process. So my perception of this company is now a positive one hence the 5 stars but if I had one gripe it would be that the phones get answered a tad quicker.
20 minutes on hold. Do they have any staff. I ordered a £120 M&S Gift Card and thought I would get a barcode by email. I forgot all about it and when I went to try and find the "barcode" nothing. Then I found an email saying their courier was unable to deliver the card. A physical card no doubt. This morning I tried for 20 minutes on the query line. No one answered. Then thinking they would like my money I tried the purchase line with my query. Again no one answering. Wonder where my £120 has got to and whether I will ever see it again.
