Paying for a service we have no access to
The company I work for signed up to their service early last year, customer service was initially attentive and they looked into any glitches in the system (there are a few) when we needed to use the platform in May 2022.
We used the platform again in Autumn 2022, more glitches, but this time no response whatsoever from our account manager nor their 'help' email address.
From February 2023 we haven't been able to login onto our company account and use the service we are still paying for. Again, no one is replying to our queries.
Has the company perhaps ceased trading?
