did a wonderful job in helping with the exchange of my Turbo V3.0 Dewalt battery compatible blower for what I really wanted, the Milwaukee battery comaptible model. When I place my order for the Turbo blower, I totally missed the selection process for what battery type I was planning on using with my Milwaukee battery and unfortunately ordered the Dewalt battery compatible model. Oooops! Anyway... Marielle handled my exchange professionally and expeditiously. I am very happy with my purchase and am looking forward to using it in any scenario that requires a high powered ergonomic handheld blower. The unit has worked admirably when drying off my automobiles after they have been washed and rinsed.

I’m not being paid to write this. Was expecting it to come from US not china and it took a lot longer than advertised to arrive BUT Diane was all over my emails and kept me updated on delivery. Seriously powerful fan which I hope lasts! Looking forward to using it on the car rather than winding up the wife by seriously messing up her hair!!

Three reasons why this thing rocks.

1. I can use my batteries that I already have
2. The power is REAL!
3. It is super light weight

I never thought this little blower would work as well as it does but boy I was wrong. Best purchase ever. My old HUGE blower hurt my arm using it after awhile so this thing is a game changer.

After damaging the fan blade on our blower we contacted Diane with regards to spares they were extremely helpful and fast to respond big thank you again excellent customer care service 10/10

The shipping was fast and the customer service was excellent. I had a query about the product, Marielle was onto it immediately. I then needed to change the specs of my order and again she sorted it without issue to make sure the right product arrived. When it did, the turbojet 3.0 exceeded my expectations. Power, battery life, result drying a car were all 10/10

These blowers/VortexHaus has been very well performed. The customer service is by far very good. I got my two warranty blowers from the two previous that faltered, very pleased with the response and the two replacements. Very prompt feedback and replacements. Thank you very much !!

It’s one thing if the units malfunction. But it’s another for the company to respond and get replacements prompt, and responsive And understanding ! I have many VortexHaus and yes, you’re going to have a few that will glitch and not last as long as maybe they should but that is life. Thank you !!

Diane with Vortex Haus was extremely helpful with regard to a shipping issue. Ultimately she took care of the problem and I received the product, which by the way was better than my expectations.

Excellent and very powerful hand held blower. Never thought something so light and compact could work so well. Replaced my large and bulky leaf blower. Very happy customer.

Dont bye this product apparently there are different products for your battery. This is not clearly stated if they send you the wrong one they want you to pay for the return and the exchange this is not acceptable. It is obviously clearly not stated and asking what battery you were working from the item feels very light very cheap not quite sure if nasty as I can’t work it for the money and for the returns policy I would not recommend this product or consider recommending it.

My vortex tool works awesome has great power and his compact ideal!… as far as Customer Service had a small issue with my delivery of the package and vortex customer service was outstanding. Kirby was a big help and did a great job, communicating promptly and efficiently on a regular basis and followed up after we resolve the issue.

Diane was extremely fast with an initial response of our issue. She sent very clear and easy instructions for us on what she needed from us. There was no back and forth nonsense, it was the EASIEST and most stress free correspondence we have ever had with customer service for a product issue. After sending the product defect information, Marielle sent a response and a solution immediately! We have a running joke about good customer service being a thing of the past but, that is not the case here! Thank you again for caring!

I live in NY, but come down to Florida in the winter. The Turbo Jet Blower does everything it says and more. First of all, it is compact and light weight, but that doesn’t minimize its power. The traditional blowers are bulky and heavy, but not this one. I used it to clean sand and debris off my car mats, blow away leaves and grass clippings, dry my car after a car wash, and clean the lanai of dust. It really is an incredible tool! This is a great tool for me and women like me who are older but need a strong blower that is compact, lightweight, but powerful!

Had to contact Vortex Haus today about a few minor problems I was experiencing with my new blower. I was amazed how quick the response was and no questions asked they are sending me a replacement. The support is first class, wish all services were like this. As for the blower I’m glad they are sending me a replacement as it is so useful wouldn’t want to be without it now.

We ordered two blowers — one for DeWalt and one for Milwaukee — and the DeWalt version immediately stood out. The design is more appealing and the power is noticeably better, which made our decision easy.
