Have not had the chance to use the fan yet but delivery and packaging were first class.

Easy to order, quick delivery and fan is amazing.

Just ordered two fans, and I spoke to customer service and they resolved my query straight away. Thank you Mandy in customer services she was going above and beyond to help. Definitely will be ordering the humidifier soon.

Really pleased with the fan I brought it for summer but it also does hot air which is a added bonus well packaged will definitely buy from them in future for any of my fans

Purchased a fan through this company vortex air was having a problem with the rotation staff where very helpful sent a video of the fan and what it was doing sent me a replacement within two days

Website heavily pushes you towards a hot/cold fan. Came across the cold fan by chance - suggest the website isn’t so heavily ‘pushy’.

Excellent product, very innovative, equal if not better in design and build quality than many more expensive competitors.

Delivery was excellent, customer service was excellent and the overall service start to finish can not be faulted.

Will definitely be buying Vortex products again.

Great comms, arrived promptly. Delivered to my work address as I was not at home on day of delivery. Arrived in just the original box and no packaging which was fine, but, it would have been better if my name had been put on the box.
No, it did not arrive in a grey bag.

I'm still getting myself familiar with my vortex air just received I'm sure it will be fine just a little bigger than expected

The Vortex air fan is really good and is as advertised, it will make a huge difference to my bedroom in the winter.
My only comment the instructions are fairly good bud the print is a little small for me and perhaps some things could be better explained to make it idiot proof so to speak but generally good.
Delivery was spot on, very quick.

I like the machine. It does the job. However it doesn’t heat up a room in 5 minutes.

Arrived as scheduled on time. Didn’t knock or ring door bell unfortunately. Parcel could have been stolen had I not gone looking after being advised of time of arrival.
Packaging was protective, noticed feet marks on box, but contents survived.
More than happy with product, packaging and prompt delivery.

Amazing product

Was bought as a gift for my son, who suffers badly with hayfever. He has been using the fan with the air filter and has said that it has made a difference to his being able to breathe, especially at night. Plus it is so quiet, it doesn’t affect his sleep! So thank you 😃.

Very quick delivery. Product works perfectly. Although haven't used it yet as weather has been good. Just opened it to test it.

Easy enough to set up and the filtered water taste real nice, it's much quicker to make a cup of tea or coffee without having to wait for the kettle to boil, so far only good things I've got to say. Well 👍
