One star only because I have to
One star only because I have to. I thought I was cancelling a gym subscription. I then received an email from termination experts which I had never heard of charging me £35 for a cancellation letter they sent on my behalf. I have no clue how I did this. The gym membership was a rolling monthly contract so I could cancel at any time without a fee so why would I then use a service that was going to charge me more than the actual gym membership. I refuse to pay they must hide themselves on these sites so you inadvertently tick something that agrees to their services. I absolutely did not knowingly do this. They bombarded me with emails until I blocked them then I started getting letter increasing the price and demanding payment. I will not pay they will have to take me to court absolutely despicable company

You mention that you never used our service and that your provider confirmed they did not receive a cancellation letter from us. Please allow us to clarify how our process works. A termination order can only be placed by the customer directly on our website – we never obtain personal data without consent. Once the order is confirmed, we draft the cancellation letter and send it by post to the provider. At the same time, the customer receives a confirmation email, including a copy of the letter and a shipping receipt.
If your provider claims not to have received the cancellation, you can use the shipping receipt and copy of the letter to demonstrate that the cancellation was sent on time. This allows you to request that the provider process your cancellation retroactively. We can also resend the proof free of charge, and if your original cancellation was placed more than 30 days ago, we will even resend the letter by post at no extra cost.
We are an independent service and never act on behalf of or in cooperation with the provider. Please get in touch with us at reviews@terminationexperts.com, and we will be happy to provide you with all the necessary documents so that we can resolve this matter together.

All costs are shown transparently in advance, two checkboxes must be actively confirmed, and the order is only completed by clicking a button that clearly states it is a paid service. Without this explicit consent, no termination is ever processed.
Once confirmed, we prepare and send the cancellation letter by post to the provider, and the customer receives a confirmation email with both the letter and the shipping receipt. With these documents, customers can prove that their termination was sent on time. We are completely independent and never act on behalf of or together with any provider.

This company is a scam. They will offer to send any company a letter to inform them that a contract with be ending and they will do this on your behalf. However, they have no authority to communicate with any company that is down to you the account holder. They will then send you a bill for this service, they hold no legal powers to communicate with any contract. They are unable to provide the service that they advertise. They will charge you £32 for a letter that is not authorised. They will then charge you £10 a month after this if you do not pay even if you explain to them that their letter has not been accepted, They do not care in the year 2025, I’m shocked that these companies are allowed to operate.
Also on a side note, they will reply to your feedback and advise you contact reviews@terminationexperts.

This Company is nothing but a SCAM. I was redirected to there page while trying to cancel a myhertitage subscription. Cancelling this subscription is something I can do my myself for FREE, Why would I ask another company to do it for me. I have been received threatening emails since this happened. Threatening to add more and more money on to the money I supposingly owe them. I have reported them to the police and action fraud. I am being told my the police to IGNORE them. My advice to anyone else is not to pay. This is absolutely not a legitimate company, they are scammers. Search reviews on them. I have come across people who paid the fee, guess what, they were then threatened furthermore to pay more and more and more money. Search Facebook, reddit, they are doing this to thousands of people. There are elderly people scared because of this terrible scam company. Any good reviews on this are written by themselves. Their bank details are not even legit, they are using bogus accounts, bogus address, bogus bank details in different countries. They are being investigated. They are Threatening debt collection!! They CANNOT sent debt collection because they have no rights because they are SCAMMERS. I am sick of opening emails being threated left right and centre. They are a JOKE
Also responding to your reply, I did not search your website looking for you to cancel a subscription, I was redirected there from myhertitage website, which is done by YOU. I thought I was cancelling on the myhertitage website, there was no mention of money or anything else. This is not a legitimate business. This is a trick. No one on this planet would go on to a website and agree to pay 32 euro for something they are capable for doing for free? Stop sending me emails, I will not be paying you.
