Very good and fast service when you want to change the booking!

Me and my friend were on holiday in Holland for the Easter-weekend. When we where ready to check-out, the hotel receptionist told us we still had to pay. I told them I already transferred the money in advance by voordeeluitjes. She said she could not see anything. I needed to show her the mail I got and then my bankdetails. Then she went to the manager, who phoned the company. They told us Voordeeluitjes had not yet payed them in advanced and that we could leave! We booked this hotel 2 months in advance! We lost a lot of time and missed or bus! This was not how the both of us wanted to finish our weekend! Not so sure if we are to book again with this company!

The website to get good deals for certain accommodations, due to the fact that we couldn't find someone to take care of our pets we had to change our hotel to a bungalow somewhere else. The customer support adjusted everything for us, very friendly and thoughtfull.

Great company with excellent service.

It regularly features great deals. Unfortunately we had to cancel a booked package (which by the way we could cancel for free in terms of conditions). Via whatsapp I had a quick response and our cancellation was handled in a friendly and personal way.

Made a mistake. Was corrected in no time.

I made a mistake in the booking of a hotel reservation (wrong month). I noticed the mistake after days. I contacted Laura and fortunately she could help me by changing the reservation into the correct month. Thank you so much Laura!

Personel data was not up to date in the system but was changed in the weekend via watsapp, by a friendly lady.

We had planned a short break in Egmond aan zee and due to various reasons we mixed up the dates and thought the break would fall through. Fortunately, however, we contacted Voordeeluitjes and their representative Madée managed to fix the problem. We were very grateful and had a wonderful short holiday on the coast.
