Paid for two but only got one.
I ordered a pair of glasses. Within minutes, I emailed and asked if I could add another pair to the order and save on delivery. They replied two days later saying the item had already been despatched. So I ordered two more pairs of the same glasses and paid for two pairs. Only one pair were delivered. I've been emailing vooglam and nobody has bothered getting back to me. I want a refund or my glasses. Not too much to ask is it!

Glasses not able to be used. Lenses do not do job of prescription. Company suggested I sent copy of prescription but email address provided does not work.

Excellent specs
I absolutely love my glasses, they arrived when they were due to and I'm really impressed by the quality, the accuracy and the fit. I had to order vari-vocals and the line on the glass is slightly too obvious for my liking but people assure me they don't notice and I've already got a lot of compliments. I'll certainly be buying more from them.

Absolutely wonderful service from start to finish. Delivered by Royalmail too. The glasses are stunning well made and are to my prescription. Was a little apprehensive as I've never used before. The glass are well packed and come in little pouches with a cleaning cloth. Great value for money!!! I would highly recommend.Thank you !!

Awful avoid!
3 months wait, wrong prescription, I know it was correct when I sent. Offered 30% refund, despite advertising a full refund on website. I feel completely conned. China based not UK.

They eventually offered me 50% refund. Telling me thst I gave them the wrong prescription, this is rubbish, I checked and checked again. Told me I can keep the glasses! Why? They are no use as I can't see out of them! Scammers, they offer a full refund, then don't fulfill this!
