Fabulous glasses

Fabulous glasses, this is the 3rd pair I’ve bought from Vooglam and I would highly recommend. Very stylish, had loads of comments on how nice they are !!

I ordered medicated glasses from…

I ordered medicated glasses from Vooglam, but unfortunately, they sent me the wrong prescription, despite filling out the form on their website correctly. I can’t wear the glasses because every time I put them on, they cause severe eye discomfort and redness. When I contacted Vooglam, they refused to take responsibility for their mistake and insisted that I pay for the return shipping. This is unacceptable, as the error was entirely on their part. I am left with unusable glasses and wasted money. I would not recommend purchasing from Vooglam based on my experience

Vooglam never sent my glasses or a refund

On the 7th August I received my glasses but they were the wrong prescription due to the incorrect details I entered in error. I emailed them but did not get a response. It was only until I contacted the Paypal Dispute team was when they responded straightaway. I then liaised with their customer support who instructed me to send the glasses back with the tracking details and confirm my correct prescription for the replacement glasses. I did all of this and contacted them. Vooglam then kept on saying that the Paypal dispute was still open and could not send my replacement glasses until the dispute was closed. Whereas when I contacted Paypal, they confirmed the case had been closed weeks ago. Long story short, it has been over 8 weeks and I still have not received my replacement glasses or no refund from them.
Very poor and disgraceful customer service and will never order from them again.

Not as large

Appalling service from Vooglam be warned!!! would NEVER use them again

Where do l start with VooGlam, so much to tell everyone and a true reflection of VooGlam (not a good one either) Such a long winded one so embrace yourself. I use Firmoo as standard and thought l would branch out and try someone new for everyday reading glasses. Signed up and attached my prescription and double checked this and it was all as it should. I pressed the correct progressive option an entered in my prescription as it was on the sheet.

Received the glasses all lovely in a box and case was very well packaged was very impressed. Having put these on these were sent with no prescription in the glasses whatsoever so in essence the frames were crystal clear and no reading element and l couldn't see so they were useless to me.

Contacted customer service to advise of my dismay and at first they were very understanding and l thought l would be helped and a replacement provided for their mistake l was very wrong. After about 10-15 emails l got from a different person at vooglam every time offering me discount on my order, money towards shipping them back to provide ne with the right pair.

Vooglam essentially called me a liar and sent a blurry picture of my prescription. This is their issue not mine l attached a crystal clear picture of my prescription not the picture they sent me. They tried to say l would have to fork the bill myself to send the glasses back when why should l when it wasn't my fault. I have been offered 20, 30, 50 and 70% partial refund by 5 different people.

I paid £60 for glasses that were not the glasses l ordered and asked for.

l did state to Vooglam l would wait for a reasonable response before leaving this review and unfortunately their response wasn't satisfactory so had no choice but to leave this.

I am seeking legal advice on this matter and will be fighting to get the glasses l asked for or a FULL refund for their mistake.

I would NEVER use this company again. Be warned if something goes wrong they won't admit liability and will accuse you instead. Shocking service from this company they should be shut down and investigated for what's happened to me.

This is why the glasses you received didn’t include the reading element you expected. Per our policy, if you’d like to exchange the current single-vision glasses for the progressive pair you intended, you’d only need to cover two things: the shipping cost to send the current glasses back to us, and the small price difference between single-vision and progressive lenses. Once we receive the returned glasses, we’ll immediately craft and ship your correct progressive pair—no further delays.

We recognize our initial policy explanation may not have felt fair or helpful, and we’re sorry for that. We’re already prioritizing your email to work on a better solution that eases this burden for you, and we’ll respond to you as quickly as possible with more details.

Quick delivery

Quick delivery. My eyesight is so much better with the new prescription. I’m not thrilled with the frames I picked out. The experience with the company is amazing.

I love their glasses most of the time…

I love their glasses most of the time but they could add more photos on how the tint looks. Every single tint other than dark gray is very light and won’t do much as shades. I was eventually offered half off because I found it unfair that they don’t cover postage. I accepted. Now they’re saying they can only offer it as store credit because half of my order was paid with store credit. The other half was by card. I will have to do a chargeback now because they’re not honoring their original offer. Customer service goes in circles and are often incorrect I feel on purpose. So you better love them the first time or it’s going to be difficult
