Complete CRAP. This is the worst company… I should’ve known, but my son wanted these stupid pants. They take forever to arrive, and then you only have 14 days to return the item if you hate it, and you’re probably gonna hate it. Never shopping here again.
SCAM COMPANY DO NOT TRUST!!!!
They shipped my order that I paid full price for. It came 2-3 weeks late. Then, when I contacted them to return my order due to the WRONG size being delivered. They lied and said it was a black friday sale so there were no returns.
I purchased this in December so this is FALSE. They would not allow me to return the product even though it was THEIR mistake!
I purchased an item on 19th of November and the item still has not been shipped after 3 weeks. I contacted them for an update and they have ignored me.
Save your money do not buy from this brand. Scam company.
Wrong size delivered (Ordered wide legged curve jeans a size Large 32 inch - received a size Small 30 inch)
Unknown brand from a chinese warehouse (Jeans had a brand '11k brand' on it but a vonvatch tag) and quality does not feel like the $99 price tag you paid for
Returns process is a scam (14 days returns BUT only if item is not on sale + buyer has to organise return costs) - Most items on the site are on sale so would not be eligible for return under this policy + most good clothing companies offer returns if they dont' end up like you expect it would be
I've emailed the company to request a refund on the basis that the wrong size was delivered not to what was listed on their website when i purchased it and still awaiting response.
Order #V51521
Update 12/8/25: I ordered Curve Denim Pants in size Large (advertised as 32.3" waist). The pair I received measured only 14 inches across the waistband (28" waist when doubled) — far smaller than advertised and unwearable.
I contacted Vonvatch with photos and order details. They acknowledged the sizing issue (also updated sizes on the website) and offered a prepaid return label, but only if I cancel my active dispute with American Express first. This is not acceptable, as cancelling a dispute removes all buyer protection.
I have kept my dispute open with Amex, and will return the jeans if the merchant provides the prepaid label without this condition. Until then, I caution others to check sizing carefully and be aware of this policy.
Order #V51521 – Purchased 30 July 2025.
Save your money! No refunds. Not even an exchange for a small item.
Their sizing makes no sense, and they will not refund you. Beware of this scam.
