I bought a Sherman Max from Voltride but later changed my mind about the purchase. I contacted their support via email, and they usually responded within a day. Although it took some time to arrange everything, the return process went smoothly, and I didn’t have to pay high shipping fee after shipping from Hungary. When I recived my money back I was informed that the amount I recived was the product I bought minus shipping fee which was not more than 100euros. Based on my experience, I can confidently say that Voltride is a trustworthy company when it comes to handling returns.

Ordered a Ninebot scooter and the voltride sent it very quickly I received it in 5 working days to Sweden and I am very happy with that. Voltride team took me very serious and responded very quickly evey time i asked something during the delivery and I appreciate it.
