It's not smart if you think to buy this wallet

It's been over two years since my purchase but have never received any piece. They will never send wallets any more but no refund. This is scam.

And they always reply the same template, like the below. LOL

After 2 and a half years of waiting

After 2 and a half years of waiting, nothing apart from endless email responses that have changed over the years but the answer and outcome are always the same. They seem to have gone over their heads or something - a lot of money shelled out for nothing

Over 2.5 years after shelling out $250…

Over 2.5 years after shelling out $250 dollars and a 3 month initial delivery date...I have no wallet. Over 20 emails of stall tactics and blaming logistics, still no new date. They are total scammers and Will be sued soon.

One of the first backers on INDIEGOGO

One of the first backers on INDIEGOGO, for this project, almost three years ago. Did neither received my items nor a refund. The company is now offering to deliver in less than one month. How come if they are not able to send me the ones ordered three years ago! SCAM

DO NOT BUY IT?!

1 Star because I do not have the chance to choose 0. I got the wallet after 2 months. The wallet did not work and I sent it back. After 1 month I am still waiting for it. Please, do not buy it. I have wasted 250€. So f... Disappointed

Don’t waste your money

Don’t waste your money. If you care about money keep it. They will rob you. I have not seen my wallet and I have waited over 2 years. They just steal your money and ignore your questions/concerns

I backed this via indiegogo in February…

I backed this via indiegogo in February of 2018. After numerous messages asking on the status of my order I kept getting replies that they could not give me an update on when my wallet would arrive. They stopped their updates to backers in December of 2019. I have no idea if or when I will receive my wallet. As others have stated, this appears to be a fraudulent business.

Please note that we do periodical updates, however, in 2020 we reduced their frequency due to the majority of backers' feedback and also the overall blockade in the whole world because of Covid19 which stopped our production for several months, too. You are free to check them all on our Indiegogo Updates in detail. Be sure by contacting our Customer support department via wow@volterman.com our colleagues do their best and provide the whole available information. As you may know, at the beginning of our campaign we've had the estimated delivery dates, however, as we were let down by the third parties and we were unable to keep our promised shipping dates, currently we do provide only exact timelines to our backers so as to not make you disappointed.

These guys are absolute thieves and nothing more than pathetic liars. This company got everyone excited about this new wallet of the future and willingly took over $2,000,000 from trusting men like myself. I have no doubt that I will never receive my wallet and this pathetic excuse for a company and CEO would never give a refund, hmmmmm I wonder why. Because Azat Tovmasyan stole all of our money and laughed all the way to the bank, Congratulations Azat you may have stolen our money which we have already made back but you will always be an absolute piece of siht. If this isn’t a scam I don’t know what is.

EDIT : After their reply - four years later. No cares given. As per my hundreds of emails I just want my money back and nothing to do with the scam. “Eager to assist”. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I DO NOT WANT YOUR LIES OR FAKE PRODUCTS.

If this isn’t a scam I don’t know what is. I would be interested to understand if there is a legal dispute underway, and if so how I can join - not for any financial gain, but simply to make a point. I have contacted Volterman several times - with a response that ultimately said, “we don’t know anything”. This was a significant amount of money for what was meant to be a significant gift - over two years ago!

Dear Hiren, be sure our backers are important to us and we work hard to make satisfied all of them. Please note that the refund is not available as the fund has been invested in the production process. Please note, that Indigogo's Policy allows refund within 10 days after contribution, and also while doing a contribution you were informed about the possible delays and even that it is possible to not receive the perk at all, however, be sure you will definitely receive your perk at the earliest convenience.

The experience was excruciatingly…

The experience was excruciatingly regretful supporting a good idea that failed to deliver what was promised. Excuse after excuse delay after delay & products of such poor quality that I’ve never used at all as it failed to work as it advertised. These guys have made themselves rich but only for a short while, game is up.

I have been waiting for over 2 years

I have been waiting for over 2 years, not getting any updates and watching the saga of this product continue to unfold. Some people are getting theirs arriving a year after it was “shipped” while others are getting devices that die after 3 months. Yet they continue to take orders and say you’ll get your stuff quickly vs anyone who backed them in the beginning can’t even get the courtesy of a response

its been almost a year and customer…

its been almost a year and customer service does not help you at all, i have 2 contributions and first they say it would arrive in a month but once you do your contribution they keep changing the date and there is no way to get a refund or get the wallet, i feel this is a way to scam people, i have never backed this product if i knew how stressful it would become, very bad for indegogo to keep products like this telling people lies.

Firstly, I need to mention that currently there is no way to make a contribution any longer since the campaign is closed for that. Previously, we've made estimations however, we're let down by third parties, however, already for 2 years, we never provide wrong estimations, rather than exact timelines which become available nearly a week before shipping. As you may know, we have already shipped thousands of units, so can be confident you'll receive yours, as well. As for the refund, since the initial money was included in the production, therefore, we're unable to refund you and I'm sure you understand in case of Indiegogo campaigns they notify you about possible delays, and even that you may never get the perk you've invested. In our case, we feel responsible and you'll get your wallet since we're on constant production and shipping. Product is Full Failure

Product is a full failure. Customer service is bunch of lying people. Battery gets over heated, camera do not work, quality of the leather is horrible. I would never advise anyone to buy this product

Regarding the camera, please note that initially you have chosen the wallet without the Camera Detective function, so it is natural that your wallet's camera "does not work" (you can check it by yourself). The quality of the leather is Natural Genuine leather which has been chosen by you as well and is sure that we do provide leather of high quality. For the battery heathen, you can contact our Customer Support department and they will assist you as needed, however, please note, that it is a technical product and that it gets heathen a little bit is normal for the tech products.
