The repair of your board took some longer because some parts for repair where out of stock. We feel sorry for this but we are also depend on delivery from our suppliers for the parts. At the end your board was repaired for free and because of this it is sad to read the 1-star review.

I've searched high and low for parts for a Koowheel board, including contacting the manufacturer, but had no success. I found Voltaboards online and they had a great selection of parts, and really quick delivery to the UK - very impressed!
