We bought a rug for the living room, it arrived defective. So we decided to return it. The second rug arrived with the same defects in different places. Then they offered us a small discount. This week I bought a rug in “terracota” tone color. The rug arrived in pink. And again with a defect in the yarn manufacturing. Always with holes. I took photos and contacted them via email and am awaiting a response. However, it seems that the company works with defective products.

This is the (3) third rug that has arrived defective.

Really cheap quality of material in the…

Really cheap quality of material in the carpets. From day 1 it looked used. On top of that, returning the item itself costs me 7 euros! Think twice before ordering anything from this company, probably you will not like it and returning it will cost you some money.
