Extremely bad experience with these guys!

Ordered 3 pairs and received the one only, even after waiting 3 weeks.
Have no response at all, they not answering the emails or phones.
The address where the 'company' located is in the middle of nowhere.
Now working on opening the claim to return my money back.

I was very nervous about ordering the three pairs of contacts that I ordered considering that I didn't look at the reviews in advance and a month had gone by and still didn't receive my items so I called my bank in which I used my debit card and they were able to give me another contact number for them and I called the number and it went straight to voicemail so I left a message informing them that it's been a month and still haven't received my order and they sent me a new tracking number and had me download the arrive app and it told me exactly when and where they were shipped to throughout the shipment and all three pairs of contacts that I ordered arrived within a week and they are beautiful and fit great.

if I could give it negative stars, I would. I ordered contacts almost 2 months ago and have gotten nothing (8-12 shipping was what it said). Every time I contact them for a refund, they take forever to reply and refuse to give me a refund until after I have gotten my package which has still yet to be seen. Finally contacted PayPal and filed a claim against the company. Since their customer service is almost nonexistent, PayPal never got a response from them and refunded the full amount to me. DO NOT ORDER. I wish I had read reviews beforehand.

I ordered 92.60 worth of contacts and paid the 30 dollar fast two day delivery on January 21st. It is now February 24th and there is no refund posted back to my account and no sign of any lenses. This company is a joke.

I ordered from them and kept asking about the tracking# but nothing, no contact lenses either... I should have read all the reviews. This is definitely a scam. Their business should get shut down.

I contacted my credit card company to dispute my charges, and 2 days later, I get the shipping notice. I'm not sure if I believe it but even if I get the lenses, this is the last time I order from them. You have to go thru unnecessary stress. I recommend Eyecandy.com for the guaranteed service.

I am here to tell you that everything that you have read from the reviews below my posting is 100% true! I made a purchase of two pairs of contacts for $62 on January 31st of this year. As their site states they promised 8 to 12 days delivery but that has not happened. I tried calling customer service to no avail and when I sent emails to them their mailbox is full so my emails kept getting kicked back to me... The sad part about it is that I have purchased from them before and they've done a good job in times past but something must have happened in the last 3 months based on what I've read from the reviews below and what has happened to me here recently... they have a great product but unfortunately terrible customer service and there must be some sort of a scam going on at this point... save your money or go with another provider but do not use them or you will definitely lose your money! They just don't care...

non existent customer service - no one responds to you. I've tried emailing them a bunch of times... no response. Its been two months and no contacts. Phone number goes to random automated voicemail.

Sorry to say that I am very disappointed places like voioc exist. The law should have done something about this business long ago. They are scamming innocent people who work hard for their money. As mentioned on other reviews, i was promised delivery within 8-12 business days. Its been over a month and still nothing. Their customer service is also nonexistent. Ive tried to call and get voicemail everytime. Ive e-mailed, and what seemed like an automated message, responded that my items have been sent.... So where are they? I think its time to file suit.

I paid for 2 day shipping and have not receives my contacts yet although the email that I received said that they had arrived. They much be invisible because I've been checking my mailbox for the past 3 days since receiving the email and I don't see them. Sent an email to the company and no response yet. Called number listed on their website and no one answered but voicemail picked up; therefore, I left a message. Unfortunately, by rereading the reviews, I seriously doubt my outcome will be any different than those others that this company has duped. Don't be like me. I'm an eternal optimist and always hope for the best turn out in situations in spite of how things may appear at the time...this was NOT a time for optimism. There is nothing positive in this situation except that this company will POSITIVELY not deliver on what you paid them for. Bottom line is...I just threw away $75 right before Christmas!

Avoid this vendor at all cost. They advertise 8-12 days shipping then send China post tracking that clearly states 2 to 4 weeks! I demanded a refund and their customer service says wait patiently for the item to arrive. 20 days past and still no package, no contacts.

i paid for 2 day shipping and didn’t receive my contacts for almost a month.. i contacted them and i surprisingly got an email fast. regardless, it is so unacceptable. they took my money and they say they “cannot control the logistics” when i asked for a refund. $51 down the drain. don’t waste your time.

I order some Halloween lenses on 9/24 obviously for Halloween. Never received my lenses when I contacted them about I was told the package got lost on its way to my address and the lenses I picked is now out of stock. They said for me to pick another one but the thing is Halloween is today so what is the point on picking another one. So disappointed never ordering from voioc again .

I have reached out to the Merchant “Cindy” at Voioccontac in 12 different emails to resolve this issue.

I had received the wrong colored contact lenses and one with out a prescription.

She wanted myself the pay the shipping fees to return the wrong items! Unacceptable I’m the customer why should have have to pay for shipping fees on your company’s mistake.

The whole time she just wanted me to order more contacts. A full refund should be an Option for customers.

Customer satisfaction on company is highly disappointing. Buyers beware!
