Considering my first initial shipment was apparently “lost” in transit and I was never informed until I contacted by email which is when I found out it had been lost. So I think I’d I wouldn’t have emailed asking why I hadn’t gotten my package yet I wouldn’t had gotten it at all. Finally after a replacement was sent I finally got my pens about 2 months later after my initial purchase date. Hope your business gets better if you would like returning customers. No order should ever take 2 months to arrive regardless if the company is in the UK. If that’s standard time of arrival for any US customer...might want to have a disclaimer on the front page of the website stating that.

Great product but expensive & lead breaks easily if you press to hard

I was happy when I received your product. It was just what I need to do a fill-in or fade my bearded out perfectly. I will most definitely will be ordering 2 or 3 more.

The reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because on opening the pencil snapped and this meant it did not last long.
I had better results on my eyebrows then my beard.

I suffer from alopecia in my beard and it really gets me down. I have scars on my chin that my beard hides and helps me forget. I started using Void a few months ago and it has given me back my confidence. Obviously with the current pandemic, I use it much less now than before but it still makes a huge difference when the mask comes off. It’s so easy to use and it blends in and just looks like part of the beard. Nobody has ever commented that they’ve noticed it but I do get a few compliments on my beard and how tidy I keep it. I think Void will be a staple part of my skincare routine for years to come.

It sucked. Not worth it.

This was the dumbest thing I have purchased all year, so far. It barely worked, and even the intended concept was ridiculous.

Product is good, but one of the pencils broke off. Made photo of it, sent it your facebook and i expected to receive a new one. But then the guy told me i had to send a more clear photo. But i already threw it away after i made the firsr photo. I used to buy those pens for 1 EURO at aliexpress but your delivery is much faster. I just dont get why Void Homme make such a problem about sending a new one to my adress for a relative cheap product. And i didn't break it. It was already broken when i opened it. You lost a happy customer. Already ordered around 5 pens in like half a year

The item take like forever to arrive like a month or two and it is not the quality for the price

it works perfectly for my beard, as I am spotty in some places this product evens it out! Thank you!

Barely even worked. Like it seemed almost dried so it wouldn’t come off the pen.

The product is almost a fraud. Not worth the money for sure. Never buying again.
