Client Support Manager - great experience

Brittany has been our Client Support Manager since we started with Moneypenny USA in January 2026. She has been wonderful to work with. We had a rocky start due to a few mishaps, however, she has always been responsive and worked hard to meet our needs. I can always count on her to get back to me when I need help.

Helpful and Responsive Staff

Thalia was super helpful in troubleshooting why their calls were being blocked. She was very responsive and emailed promptly. Also helped do some test calls.

calls poorly handled

The agents did not handle the calls appropriately despite having a script. The messages taken were often incomplete, did not give me enough information to know how to proceed with the call e.g. if I had to call back, or client was only inquiring, or what the inquiry was, etc. Difficult to get ahold of them. I cancelled the service and despite of the 30-day cancellation policy, they decided to charge me for 50 days beyond the cancellation. It was a waste of money and loss of potential clients. Very disappointed on the service.

Lulu Khatib is absolutely phenomenal

Lulu Khatib is absolutely phenomenal to work with. 6 months ago I would have rated the service a 3 on a good day. With Lulu acting as our Client Engagement Manager for our accounts (we have several!) I am pleased to give the service 5 stars. She truly understands customer service and strives to find solutions quickly that can calm a customer.

Always effective

Moneypenny has updated their script to be more efficient for our staff and able to relay information when it affects multiple customers. Customer service has always been great!

Lulu was very quick to reach out when I emailed our prior account manager. We came up with a quick and effective solution to help us get our new client form to the right attorneys. She showed me the additions to their script while we were on the call to make sure it was what we wanted.

⭐ 1 Star – Predatory, Misleading Service

I was charged 17.5 minutes for a call that lasted about 2 minutes. Completely unacceptable.
I also did a test call and it took them 3 minutes just to answer.
This service claims it blocks or hangs up on telemarketers, but instead it lets calls run to inflate billable minutes.
Misleading marketing, predatory billing practices, and zero value.
Canceled immediately. Avoid this service.
