Scammers. Do not order from this site. I ordered clothing and patiently waited three weeks for it to arrive from China. The items that came in the mail are a far cry from anything I ordered, and they’re garbage. The return process is non-existent. They’ll give you a 40% coupon code for your next purchase. It would be comical had I not spent $150.

These people have started new technic of scamming people.. I have not placed any order but still I get the packages .. I recently had ordered from Myntra and i thought it was from Myntra so I received it. I received 2 old sarees and I don't even ware sarees.

Not at all happy!! They Parcelled wrong Product , even the Delhivery company is also not responding. I have ordered coordset and they have Parcelled some D grade Saree. although no one is replying or Reverting.

I would give this company a zero star rating , ordered boots for my wife November 2021 ,after several promises to chase order we still have not received order THEY are SCAMMERS !

Ordered shoes from Vogueloops.com 2 sizes too big when received! Tried to find out UK suppliers then found out that you have to return them back directly to China, which costs way more than the item. I explained that I had ordered size 5/38 UK size, they said that was a 39 in Asian size. However the shoes were actually a size 7. consequently wrongly sized. I checked the Asian shoe size table and a 5 is a 38! Would not take them back unless I paid the postage. Disgraceful company pretending to be a UK company. There may be other so called companies directly selling from China giving the impression they are UK based.

Like another customer I received boots that were too large. Followed their returns procedure and to date I am still in dispute with them. The replies have been outrageous. One reply i received stated that the customer services person is disabled person who couldn’t afford my refund of £28 but would set aside a small part of their meagre salary £9. Another reply was to give them to my friend as a present. I am more angry at myself for being duped. Do not in any way have anything to do with this company

Bought boots size 6 and they sent, after a very long time, a much larger size nearer to 7. no good whatsoever. Tried mobile number given, emailed with pictures, Email stating that I had ordered the wrong size! Still in dispute so next stop banning from Facebook and going to trading standards. Dreadful company

Buyer beware. Do not waste your time or money. This company is a rip off. I placed an order back in June 2020. After weeks of not receiving the package I reached out to them. They refused to help me. I had to go on another chase through USPS who informed me this company sent the pkg to the wrong address. I sent them the info & I'm still waiting for a refund.

My order was already in process. Last tracking note Said, delivered! NO delivered masks! So, I emailed info. again! No mailing info on record. If I didn't reach out That, would be that. So, I called my bank for HELP! Not worth time waiting!

This is a scam website. No invoice will be provided if you give this company your money and you will not receive what you pay for.. They will sell items and not send you a full order so don’t belief the prices stated. I paid £64 for several masks and only received 2 that I did not order. £32 for 1 mask is a total rip off. Neobosen is another website use and forget about returns as they will refuse to provide you with a returns address. BUYER BEWARE

Ordered mask online - mistakingly thought it was an American company.
Very dodgy practices. No invoice or shipping information provided and company has multiple names used as a buffer. Found out it was actually sent by Chic Me.
Positive contrived reviews clearly a sham. Mask is absolute rubbish -flimsy piece of material stitched together in a hurry. Useless and worthless. Marketing and product - a disgrace!

Ordered for adult high activity masks to protect me from covid while at the gym. Received four masks three were for children and one barely fit. When I reported the issue to the site they offered a 5% refund. When I complained I got no satisfaction. Avoid buying anything from this site although I think they can change their name as quickly as they can post a new ad on Facebook

I order 7 masks June 24th Here it is July the 15th. I been emailing them about my order they keep say its on the way, I received 1 mask on July 13th. This is a scam Please don't order from this company. I ask about a refund they told me that my order was send out already I received 1 mask on Monday.

Masks are poorly made. I ordered 3. Two are not wearable. The place where the filter slot was sewn was only sewn on half the mask so the filter stuck out against my face. Cannot wear. One had the round filter for breathing sewn right in front instead of at the side. Do not waste money on the product. They cannot be returned no matter how bad they are.

I wanted to buy American product. When I finally ordered something then realized it was coming from China I requested they cancel my order. Needless to say they claimed they couldn't find my account then immediately sent an email stating my order had been shipped. So angry that they ignored my request.

Another one of the scam Chinese sites. If you see their ads for masks, stay away!
