Vograce has always delivered their products on time and the quality is always on point. I had a tighter deadline and Selena was able to find a solution to ship it quickly. Really appreciate their customer service!

I was so impressed with the responsiveness and help that I received from Frank. This was my first time designing and ordering any sort of merchandise, and I know I made mistakes. Frank patiently helped me, offered suggestions, and even provided videos to help me understand. After a few back and forth emails that explained things, I successfully submitted something that works and Frank sent it right away to be produced. I had heard wonderful things about Vograce from friends, and I’m so happy to find out that they were right. And a million thanks to Frank for all of his help.

Enamel pins came out looking amazing, delivered well within the time we had available.

I really enjoyed working with Lindsay and Victor recently. They were very responsive to my questions about production times for the multiple types of items in my orders (wood keychains, foldable bags, and vinyl stickers), and they helped me figure out logistics in a very efficent manner. I've ordered grom vograce multiple times and been satisfied each time. Planning to put in another order soon!

Vograce have become my main manufacturer for my business of late, and I keep returning because the quality of their products outweighs a lot of other artist merch manufacturers I have used. I work very closely with Savi who always goes above and beyond to help me. I place large orders across multiple different product categories with multiple designs and generally they do a great job at getting things right for me, on the odd chance that there is a problem they fix it for me. I would not work with another representative from Vograce other than Savi :)

Very good company, patient customer support, helps you with everything. The products are very good quality and packaged very nicely.

I’ve been using Vograce for 5+ years for many different types of merch. My most recent order arrived but was missing items. I contacted customer support and Winnie helped solve the issue and my replacements were shipped out ASAP. Winnie was super helpful and kind. I will continue using Vograce for my future merch needs!

I work closely with Savi at Vograce and they always pull through for me! So responsive and knowledgeable. I know I can count on them! Vograce always provides quality product!

I ordered a custom poster and a pin back in July this year. It’s already September, and I’m still getting these almost mocking promotional emails advertising new products. As you can probably tell, I still haven’t received my order.
I understand that custom items take longer to make, but seriously, almost three months for a damn pin and a poster???

The team at Vograce consistently deliver quality products with excellent customer service. Their team are easy to contact, and I recently received amazing support from Frank with an order that I needed urgently. The process was smooth from start to finish, and Frank kept me updated at every point, with my products even arriving earlier than expected!

This was the biggest order I have done with Vograce and my rep was a absolute delight! Incredibly helpful and responsive!

My most recent project was a rather large one. And it was one with more.. adult.. themes. I'd been using Vograce for awhile now, but this project was something I wasn't even sure they could do.

So I reached out through their live chat and the person I spoke to went out and verified my project was something they could do. Everyone I've worked with has been lovely. I even had questions about a foil type for the trading cards and I was sent videos and images so I could see.

They're so accomodating, they've added extras to my order after I paid, sent photos when I've asked, I really can't recommend them enough.

And the quality of the cards and the business cards I ordered is amazing, they always send extras to cover any potential little flaws in printing, but for the 1000+ cards I've ordered, there's been less than 5 that I couldn't sell.

The one time I did encounter a print error with an entire batch they reprinted it for me entirely and shipped it to me.

Literally the only thing I would give critique on is adding a toggle to the currency so I could view all the prices in CAD so I can avoid manually calculating the exchange rate. Which is so minor.

All in all I definitely recommend Vograce 1000%. After terrible experiences with other printing companies I've been nothing but happy.

Eva has been absolutely wonderful throughout this order. She was very kind, patient and attentive, especially after the color issues I experienced with my previous order. She took my concerns seriously, arranged pre-production samples and photos for me, and made sure I could check everything before production. I have been ordering from Vograce for 2 years and love the quality of the products and how easy they make it to order. It’s nice to not have to order a huge quantity of everything. Frank has been really helpful in answering all of my questions and helping me to make sure things turn out the way I want.

The products are amazing, high quality :D They always send proof of the product before shipping. The service is amazing too, they are very helpful and they care about the customer. I had a problem with the delivery, but it wasn't the company's fault. The courier did not deliver and when I needed help, Cindy helped me. I am very grateful :D
