Ordered the serenity sneaker ultra comfortable the size was small and the materials cheap. I immediately tried to request a return label it’s 5 days on and inspite of numerous attempts via e mail and customer service my request has been ignored . I consider this company to be a cheap scam.

We’re now waiting to hear from you with a reply paid address to return the shoes.
We can now recommend Vogany to people ….though the advertisement itself is still stating these particular shoes are high quality leather; you have explained this will be rectified and we now trust that it will be done so that no one else (you should do it very soon though) is caught out.

I have contacted Vogany twice within the 14 days after delivery to notify them the shoes they have sent are many sizes too small.
We believe the size window must have defaulted as we used the size chart and entered the correct size but on looking back at the invoice received the size was stated as many sizes smaller.
We have heard nothing from Vogany.
The other issue we have is the advert states the shoes are leather. These shoe are not leather they are PU. That's false advertising.
We would like to return the shoes at Vogany's expense. We have a copy of the advert stating the shoes are leather.
Considering the plethora of negative reviews we have found here on trust pilot, if we do not hear from Vogany within 48 hours (they state they are a 7/7 service) we will submit the advert to our Consumer Protection services to take action.

Truly the worst company I've had to deal with in years. I ordered their 'orthopedic' trainers in a size 39. They were far too small (i would say at least 2 sizes smaller than they said). Customer services said they would send me a pair 2 sizes bigger. They were still tight. By then I just wanted a refund. They told me they'd give me 30% of the cost back without me needing to pay for their return. But I insisted that I was entitled to a full refund for an incredibly faulty item. So I paid a fortune to return them to France (no UK return address apparently) and then they never returned any money at all as they said they hadn't received the order. I find this incredibly hard to believe. Absolutely shocking company. Do not buy from them.

They are a great idea, and they look well made, too, but the batteries were not supplied, a USB charging cable was not supplied, and neither was the adhesive tape. All were promised on the website promo material, and their non-supply is almost equivalent to a False Trade Description. Very disappointed so far ...

Ordered these ergo comfort foot pads. Slow arrival. Bad quality. Not as shown in description. Can only contact via mail. Wanting to return item and seems I have to pay. Will not use this company again. Don't believe the email return option below. Return cost nearly as much the item . Only a 15% discount was offered. NEVER again.

SCAM! Not even similar to advertised! Return policy does not exist. They do respond to emails, but it takes few days.
After numerous emails they offered 15% refund "as a gesture of a good will" or if I wish they can send me an address in France, but I must pay for postage.

The product is really crap and a in NO way similar to the product shown in the video-adds.
Instead u receive thin and baggy-fitting crap-trousers that u might as well just throw in the trash!

Total scam! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, one email after days. I still don't know how to return my shoes and have the rufund; they always repeat the same thing without giving instructions. It is horrible DO NOT BUY from them. I had to write a comment on their pop up advert on Instagram to get a contact. I keep going publishing in public as much as I can untill I get my money back!! From Nov 6th that I placed my order I still don't know what to do!!!!!

When I received the shoes they were too small. I have asked to get an address to which I can send them back to replace them, no response so far. Not bad shoes but customer response time is poor and given the cost if you have trouble it might be worth while just cutting your losses. A shame. Could be good.

I Would have given no stars if it were possible. These ‘Orthopaedic’ trainers arrived and were shabby, of poor quality , not to size and definitely not orthopaedic. Then ensued several email conversations as I requested my refund as advertised in their advertisement. It is a mis-nomer as they do not offer full refund as advertised. They kept replying to my requests for refund by first of all offering very small amounts if I kept these shabby, badly made shoes. They were no good to me at all being a very small size and apparently made of something like cardboard . After many requests from me, they told me I would have to pay postage to an address in France (?) also adding this would be costly to me. I found out it would cost me over £14 . Eventually after several confusing emails from them, in very bad English, always refusing a refund, I decided I’d had enough and finally cut my losses and accepted 20% refund. Their advertising is a joke and nothing in it is true. I would never buy from them again.

BUYER BEWARE - SCAM/ DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING. These shoes are not as represented on the website nor as seen on Pinterest. The inner lining is so thin that it my as well be non-existent and definitely does not qualify as "Ultra-Comfortable Orthopedic". I ordered my regular size and a 2nd pair 1 size up to give myself options and neither fit, have a comfortable foot bed or any arch support. To compound the matter - the website has an inactive 7/7 Customer Service link and my 6 emails have gone unanswered. The "Contact Us" link does not send a confirmation email for having received your communication. I'm trying to exhaust all efforts to get in touch with the Company but it's proving very difficult.
Platitudes, no action. After posting my reviews VOGANY responded via email promising a refund by customer service representatives who say they must pass my request for a refund on to someone else to process. 15 days since my immediate notification of dissatisfaction and request for refund. I've been scammed - please be warned: DO NOT become a victim of VOGANY.

What was delivered was nothing like the item advertised. Dreadful quality (or lack of it) and a complete misrepresentation of goods.
In order to return goods you are supposed to email for return instructions - still waiting. I do not see why I should be expected to pay for return shipping when what I ordered was not received.
Following your response I have had a reply from your service department who have still not provided details regarding how to return the goods despite two requests from me.
UPDATE - I eventuallly received a full refund and apology from the manufacturer.

I had the worst experience imaginable with their shady business practices. Within minutes of placing my order, I contacted their support to cancel so I could add more items. Despite their "7-day support" claim, no one responded until a full day later, by which time they told me the item was “already shipped” (a claim I never received notification of until much later). They clearly manipulated the situation to prevent me from canceling, and when I finally received the item, the quality was shockingly poor. I initiated a return immediately, but the process has been a nightmare. They dragged me through an exhausting email chain of 25 messages over days, and I suspect they’re stalling so that the return window will close.
To make matters worse, I paid for the return shipping myself and still don’t have any assurance of a refund! So now I’m out not just the money for this shoddy product but also the additional return shipping. This company’s lack of integrity, transparency, and respect for their customers is appalling. Don’t make the same mistake I did—find a reputable company that values your time and money! #ScamAlert #TerribleCustomerService

This is my third review - but thought it only fair to update on my previous 1 * reviews.
The communication did improve. I feel that my reviews previously posted did help their focus. However the situation has been fully resolved in my favour.
I have now received into my bank a full refund. They have not asked for the return of the shoes.
Shame it was so stressful - but thank you got there in the end!

Tested these out during a rainy hike, and my feet stayed dry the whole time. Definitely waterproof, which is a big plus for me.

That said you've now emailed twice - once to confirmed you will accept the refund on the basis that it's been less than 14 days but on the 2 emails you've now sent YOU HAVE STILL NOT included the Return address. It's so incredibly frustrating. You've tried offering me 15% off and to keep the items - or an exchange. I don't want either. I'd like to receive RETURN LABEL as you clearly promise to send in your returns policy.

Very quick to take the money & send the items - but unresponsive when it comes to asking for a returns label. My mother purchased x2 pairs of boots - one for her and one for her husband. Unfortunately, both my parents are elderly and the boots are incredibly hard to get and so we have to return them. The Returns policy is NOT overly clear but it does state to email the team and they'd issue a returns label. But since having written to them confirming the order numbers (#VOGANYW1117059 / #VOGANYW11170730 - they have rather unhelpfully NOT bothered responding. I hope your team read this and have the decency to respond to our emails and to pls send the Returns label so we can send these back to you.

My order took almost two weeks to arrive, which was longer than I expected. But once they got here, the shoes were exactly what I wanted, so I’m not too mad. I just wish the shipping had been a bit quicker.
