Applied a 90% discount code (SAVE) on order #205298473. The system confirmed it was "Applied Successfully," but the total price (605 SAR) never changed. Customer service gave me conflicting excuses. This is misleading advertising. Formal complaint filed with the Saudi Ministry of Commerce.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that our promotion states “up to 90% discount”, meaning that discounts vary by item and are not necessarily 90% on every product. The final discounted price is clearly displayed in red on the product page before placing the order, allowing customers to review the exact amount they will pay prior to completing the purchase.
In this case, the price of 605 SAR was already the final price after the applicable discount, and there was no change or manipulation to the order total. We always aim to maintain full transparency in our pricing and promotions.

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. Be extremely careful with this app. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received my refund for a shipment that was never delivered. The customer service team is unprofessional, unhelpful, and clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing. No one takes responsibility or seems to care.
Even when I request direct communication with a customer service representative, I never receive any response or follow-up

Worst website i have ever dealt with, my order was delayed for two weeks i called every day and they kept on saying its on the way and when it came i did not receive it they wont do the refund telling me it will take up to a month or more

Soo sly and scammy with prices and promotions
I still buy from them because they have brands that are hard to find where I live but omg I just needed to point out that they’re biggest, most sly company ever with their prices and their fake promotions. Firstly, their prices are jacked up soooo high compared to original product prices, secondly, if you pay attention they actually change the prices of products from time to time which is so scammy, thirdly, the promotions aren’t actually promotions, it’s the same price it originally was (depending on what they feel like that month) and then they put a random higher price as a “before” to trick you.
