Great range of products. Annoying website
Always a quick reliable service. Great range of products though the mobile website is glitchy, slow and you often have to wait for the page to fully load and adjust to the screen. There so many options and menus that pop up from the side or when you try to filter it's slow to update.

Hi Michael, thanks for the feedback and I totally agree. We are planning a full review of the website and a large project to speed it up, as it's very annoying for everyone. We are changing the navigation/menus in the next couple of months to something that will provide a better experience. We are currently looking at the issue with the speed of the product filter - it is related to a change that was recently made to the e-commerce platform, without warning, so we did a quick-fix but we are looking for a better workaround. And with the popups, this is related to a new e-mail/SMS subscription which is just being implemented so I will get marketing to try and look for ways to reduce the number of pop-ups. Many clothing companies that I use, use that same system, and I find it really annoying when the circular pop-up appears on every page you move to, so we need to look at ways to stop that and make sure it just shows once.
