Excellent all round service
First, my dealings with Vocla customer service before making a purchase was helpful as was their advice. Having stated the items in which I was interested, they came up with a recommendation which I then accepted and placed an order. Secondly, I paid an extra £1 to get a swifter delivery which arrived the next day. The packaging was not only discreet but also very sensible in a firm, small cardboard box which fitted through the letter. box. Thirdly, the item in question fits extremely well, the material feels very sensual and above all they are very comfortable to wear. All in all, an excellent all round service. Well done.

Excellent products but not always available in the right size
Initial navigation of the website is not the clearest but after that it gets better. There's a good range of products, well supported in most cases by a very good selection of photos. Sizing guidance can be found further down the page within the product description. Turnaround of the order is pretty quick and packaging is very good. Unless the order is large the order can be posted through the letterbox. Irritatingly sometimes a product is not available in the full size range for all colours. This is the second time I have ordered from this company and I would certainly consider ordering from them again.

Thanks for the feedback Jeffrey. We do need to take a look at our navigation and it is scheduled for a project later in the year. Product availability is largely based on whether we can get the deliveries in from the brands abroad but also the time of the month (the start of the month is always the lowest stock levels).
