Should I buy from Vmall or other shopping sites ? Poor delivery but good customer service support.
Ordered my Honor 10 on June 9th and on June 11th the system updated my order status to Leaving Warehouse. The website mentioned that it will take 3 working days and as of now it has been 6 working days (June 18th) and was told that the team will get back to me within 3 working days. There is nothing you can do about it because the terms of purchase said that there is no guarantee that it will arrive in time and that there will be no refund. You are stuck being upset about the inefficiency.
Customer service is great, hence why I gave it a 2 star. Spent almost an hour calling the customer service and was told because it was a public holiday on Friday that the delivery partner is on a holiday. Called them again because I was told that it will be delivered on June 18th and found out from the customer service that something is wrong with the system and that I should be receiving my consignment number when it left the warehouse. I have spent hours staying at home waiting for the delivery that has not even happened yet.
Buying directly from the supplier provides an ease of mind but AVOID if you do not want to deal with the hassle of calling the support line, issues being escalated and wait for a few days for a reply on the situation when you want the new phone up and running. Customer service is great but there is nothing that they can do about the inefficient and faulty system. There is nothing they can do to help change the fact that I have spent hours trying to figure this out.
Tried to share my experience on Vmall.my on the product that I have purchased but I was told that the review will be under review by the team, which in other words means, it will not be published.
Lazada and other shopping sites have more responsive and responsible sellers on the same product. They provide the product cheaper but with more free gifts for buyers.
