I love this service
I love this service! I'm a business owner and a content creator. I began making use of Vmake in order to enhance a picture. The enhancement of the photo was high quality and so I continued to utilize the software. I've enhanced videos as well with high quality results. There are other cool things that can happen with the service too that I am looking forward to trying, like the captions feature. Vmake is genuinely worth the monthly subscription.

Ridiculous SCAM
Ridiculous! At first, I was happy with this app yet having worst customer service ruins the entire experience. I used this mainly for removing watermark which most of the time worked for what I need, paid for extra credits since I was using the app heavily for my project for few weeks. A month later, I got charged now knowingly there was a subscription so I wrote to customer service to refund and replied they will take note, just like any other customer service I trusted they already took care of the issue, this month I got charged again so I wrote to them and said they can’t refund! I also mentioned the credit system is way too confusing since I thought I selected the pay as you use service. After several emails back and forth, they finally said oooh! We can cancel and process the refund for this month only not the previous one! I did not receive an email my subscription was cancelled so I went ahead and try to log back in and couldn’t even reach the website anymore! There was once it was up but couldn’t login using my email anymore. This is clearly irresponsible! And they keep asking too many irrelevant questions instead of investigating the charges. Until now I have not received any confirmation my subscription has been cancelled! This is THE MOST DIFFICULT customer service I’ve ever encountered! Is this really legit or a SCAM?? Don’t fall for this trap!!! BIG RED FLAG!!

Crazy processing time and errors plus autorenew when I opted out
It takes up to 25 minutes for one video. It’s a regularly occurring thing. I’ve never have it processed faster than 10 minutes. And I selected to not autorenew the subscription and it auto renewed and charged me anyway. Edits aren’t worth the wait when I could go to a different site for faster and better results
