What a wonderful company to deal with if you have any problems with your mobile. My phone was stolen and helped me get my data back and online. Why go elsewhere when it's on my doorstep? Very competitive and a delight to deal with any problems. All done with a smile!

After 10 years of daily using that local social media service, lost my account. Several times try to recovery and give my passport. But always rejected. So sad... I make a new one, but still miss my original profile

I am from India, where ever I try to sign up, enter my mobile number it shows an error inspite of giving confirmation code.

The feed shows only suggestions and ad. Only sometimes you can see posts from your subscriptions or friends. The app itself is a total mess. Totally useless

A bunch of low-life thieves and liars. Until now, 4 weeks after the order was placed, nothing but lies. That chief of monkeys, Ryan, plays stupid and says there was no order in place until I presented the documents for the payment. Now my messages are ignored. You baboons stole, plain and simple.

I’m an EU resident and requested VK to remove a user's post with my full legal name after providing details of my id proving that the user's post contains it without my consent. They refused, demanded a physical letter to Russia, and delayed responses. THEY DON'T respect EU data protection laws. Your personal info IS NOT safe here. AVOID IF YOU ARE IN THE EU!!!

It used to be good. But now it's just a mess. they just destroyed it. Cant enjoy it anymore like I used to. Design became awfull, and it just always lags. Stay away from this garbage

The frequency and intrusiveness of ads have significantly increased recently. I understand the need for advertising but the current implementation disrupts the user experience to an unacceptable degree and I m not saying about their awfull UI update that's came out recently...

I do not like the social network, because absolutely everything has become paid. Even music. A lot of unnecessary nonsense in the application, and a huge amount of advertising.

Definitely a great social network. I don’t know what many users write about here and why they put one star, don’t pay attention to them, they write nonsense and moreover unfounded.

Garbage site has little to no content and then bans people, included me, after only visiting a week for no reason. Leaves the reason in russian Подозрительная активность страницы. Translation is "suspicious activity". I watched about 5 videos and that gets me a permanent ban. There is a link to restore account be link ends up a pointless dead end.

VK is but a phone number fishing site. Once garbage vk has your number and email, expect endless amounts of scam mail and scam calls and scam text to come your way.

back days website was a great social network. But in 2014 creator Pavel Durov was forced to left his CEO position and VK started to be controlled by russian government. So there is no speech freedom at all. I do not recommend to use this site

Thought it was pretty cool for finding new friends until they blocked me for no reason and refused to unblock. From previous reviews I feel this is what you can expect if you are not Russian. If VK is anything like FB, then I feel its really just another front for thier governments surveillance of its own citizens. My advice if you get blocked on VK for no reason like me; it is probably not your fault, but for some reason they don't like you, so it is too risky to give your private personal identification to them as you are probably also giving it to thier government and to thier hackers and that could lead to worse problems than just a simple blocked account.
