We used Vivu to coordinate a day trip of Siagon (Ho Chi Min City) for a group of 10 traveling on a cruise. Hein their representative was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. The bus was first rate and our tour guide Dat spoke excellent English, was funny and very knowledgeable. He was the best tour guide that we had on the entire trip. We would highly recommend them for a visit to Siagon.

Really happy with the way they arranged the visas and managed the arrivals as the group arrived on 4 different flights and on 3 different days. Also very pleased with their efficiency on urgent requests. Looking forward to work with them again
