Unsafe vehicle and no serious response to complaint

We rented an Opel Vivaro in August 2025 for a 10-day trip. Unfortunately, the vehicle had several serious issues from the start: only one headlight was working, the ABS brakes were unreliable, one seatbelt was detached and unusable, and the air conditioning barely functioned. These weren’t minor inconveniences, they posed real safety risks. We reported the problems immediately and were promised a follow-up, but despite sending a formal written complaint, we never received any serious response. Renting out a car in this condition is unacceptable, and the lack of customer service afterward only made the experience worse. I would not recommend this company.
