Cant get my subscription product
Very good products BUT, i have a subscription for something i buy for my daugh and is very important for us.
Most of the times the moment i get an email to order my product is out if stick and to stock up it might take 2 or 3 months… so it’s kind if meaningful to have a subscription if i cant get the product at the end of the day, subscriptions should have their products in stick every month….

I does what it says it does and more
I am skeptical about any claims made by companies promising fabulous results. BUT I have been proved totally wrong thinking the B12 liquid complex would have been over exaggerated too.
I have done nothing after the death of my husband three years ago. Energy levels zilch, eating all the wrong food, watching box sets etc. I am back to healthy eating and taking the B12. Huge difference after 5 days and I mean 5 days. I will definitely be subscribing to this product.
Well done Vivo Life.

I cancelled my order of b12 in april as i no longer use this. We are now in july and have had an email saying money has been taken and b12 is on the way... i have tried to cancel the order yet again. Also sending email. Not good enough.

Poor customer service
Terrible experience. Ordered perform pro protein specifically as approved by informed sports. Was sent incorrect product. Requested exchange. Took company days to respond. They wanted photos and proceeded to suggest product was equivalent- despite obvious difference in batch numbers. Each email taking at least 48 hours to respond to or more. Despite me continuously saying I just want to return/exchange product they haven’t offered advice how to facilitate this still over a week later. Expensive product and poor customer service. Wouldn’t reccomend.
