Worst company and worst service, whenever I purchase on sale it vl get cancel and they don't even update about cancelling and refund until we call and ask. When you dnt have stock shut down... useless. Even prepaid orders no priority.

Am enjoying my vivo Y53s for over a year now without any issue.
The phone battery is durable and the processor is fast too.

I had purchased VIvo x60 ,it was costing one year back Rs 38000.but now software problem is there. Earlier I had taken samsung ,but I used it for 4 years without any problem.i was not expecting such type of things .

Horrible experience with Vivo V27.When I was trying to backup my data from the pendrive, this doesn't even allow to check what is in the drive. If I try to transfer the file it deletes the files by itself. Vivo doesn't even provide a file manager to the customer and also doesn't all the customers to install other file managers. Hate this brand by heart. Worst experience ever.

I had foils done, and decided to get root melt. I have blonde hair, my hair was ruined I went in with a beautiful tone of blonde and came out with dark grey and the root melt is a warm color that just doesn't suit me. They didn't even offer to discount the mess made of my hair. I am so disappointed.

I'm using VIVO V27 6/128 varient. The phone is beautiful and the camera is amazing but gaming performance is horrible, I can't even play BGMI at smooth graphics not COD. UI is little bit laggy. They need to give an update an resolve this thing.

Hi . I have find out big bug in vivo mobile's .if I tell ,give some money otherwise I will send that bug in social media. I will tell bug also after that only give money

They had no idea what they were doing. They literally butchered my hair. My intoxicated son once cut my hair and without exaggerating -he did a better job. When I tried to get it fixed I was made to feel like I was at fault even tho I had multi coloured hair and uneven sides-they cut to close around my ears. It seriously was horrific and I’m not that precious regarding hair. Then when I asked for a refund they had an attitude (customer service) saying they had fixed it but missed the point I still looked worse than when I first walked in.

When i upgraded my vivo y33s. There A lot of troublesome in my cellphone. Annoying bubbles when im in the middle of the game, and i dont know when i open the drawer its lag,why? Its 8gb then extended ram,how possibly i experienced lag??? I update it because i thought i will amaze me in new feature but i feel very disappointed,now i want to throw my cellphone ,please fix this😡😡

I like the attractive design and in general the approach itself. The interface is intelligible, beautifully designed, nothing superfluous, there are a lot of applications, I often use intelligent assistants.
